Again, it depends. If you have traveled and stayed in Hostels aboard you’ll find that Hostels in Latin America and Africa have no shortage of Gringos willing to work long hours basically for free. All they get is food and a dorm bed. They get no access to a car, no flights, no 1K a month and they certainly not getting no “8 balls” to share with some horny 18 year old Pinay in a bathtub. Those Gringos are totally raping the local labor market because they drive the cost of labor to $0.

Is it really the case? I've never stayed in hostels (yuck!) so I don't have any personal knowledge about it. But what motivates them to do so?

Mahalo brothers for all of the words of wisdom.

And big time mahalo to all of the guys who have contacted me wanting to work. We'll get this started shortly.

The reason I posted that up was because I assumed a lot of guys on this forum thought like me. Meaning, a lot of you want to just have a good time, do whatever it is you feel like doing to have that good time, all day every day. I believe, and I bet a lot of guys on this forum do to, that if you make doing what you love the primary shit in your life and stick to it the dollars are gonna show up one way or another. One of my hobbies is having sex with girls. That's how I live, and this is here because that's getting to be more than I can handle solo.

Several of you seen to have questions regarding the compensation package I am offering. Several of you overlooked the "if you can hustle you'll be rewarded" line. That's what I do for a living. Of course I'm gonna share the profits with the guys that help me earn them. Even though the news says the economy sucks, there is so much money flying around this state right now waiting for smart dudes to grab it. The jobs I'm offering have UNLIMITED earning potential. For example one of the things I did today to make money (on top of running my business) was get 2 guys loading 9600 lbs of aluminum irrigation tubes onto trailers and delivering them to a recyceler in town at $00.61 per lb. I paid $350 cash to a farmer for them. Last night I had to negotiate that recycling price with a Korean that owns the recycling company. Naturally, I took him to the Korean hostess bar that I have locked down the most, where my favorite mama who runs my favorite girls works. I could have had my pick of about 4 of hers, but had something lined up. The point is though, I could have shown some dude how to make that deal, and he could have made money and gotten at least an easy blowjob along the way.

It seems a lot of people only focused on why the minimum is so low. Well because thats the minimum. That by itself is pretty good. As one guy noted, Hawaii is expensive as hell. I can rent that apartment for $2k a month easy. Add that to $150 electric bill, $360 a month for medical, roughly $110 a month auto insurance, $240 month liability so you can work on my boats, food and drink at $500 or more a month, and weed is free. Then a grand cash. So per man I'm willing to shell out $3285 a month per guy.

The reason I wanted to go outside Hawaii for this is because folks here don't quite have the work ethic as they do in other parts of the world. Growing the best weed may contribute to that. I got a lot of people I talked to about doing this that all reacted the same way as some of the folks here.

Honestly, if you are only gonna whine about why the minimum out is so low, why would I want that guy around at all? I guarantee all I'll get out of the guy is the absolute minimum amout of effort when it comes to anything. On top of that, someone who cannot quickly calculate that I'm ready to shell something like $6500 a month out enhance my hustling, is never gonna be able to do it themselves. I hope they live long happy lives and find lots of wild adventures teaching English in Korea with their room and kimchee covered. You wanna see how Koreans really do business, then see how their women suck dick, this is the job for you.

Hopefully this response is clear. My language is different than some of yours, hence the requirement that someone be able to pick it up.

And I added another requirement: You gotta chill! You can't be so uptight like some of the folks that replied to my original thing. Chill!

Aloha!

Is that for a private room with a private bathroom or shared room? If it's for a private room/bathroom, care to share here or pm me the name/website of it if any?

Kona,
Fair enough man, I hope you do find the right guy as this could be a good thing for both parties involved.

I have 400 hours of instructed trigger time with qualifications that far exceed any state's licesning requirements - you want a lawyer to come out for one or two week long gig dealing with shady characters - (for more than a grand a week) I would come out -

This is a neat concept. For young guys who are looking for an opportunity to get outside and experience a different lifestyle; this sounds like a good opportunity.

coffee is for closers.

The reason is that I do not want to share my room (or bathroom) with anyone except the people I brought in, and the socializing aspect of hostel is more like liability for me than asset. But, of course, to each their own.

PS. A guesthouse I stayed in Thailand was $12 a night.

Is this a position that you are going to want to fill immediately or within the next year? I qualify for nearly every category except the web design. However, I graduate in May.

This is hilarious, I assume Kona is playing, but if not hell..If I was early 20's and still partying like I used to, I would come out there in a flash. You see..1k a month goes straight to the bank.

If you calculate free rent, free cable, free use of car, free food, free dope, free bar tab, basically free everything, you only need to take this 1k a month and stash it away, invest it whatever. If you get good insurance you can pay roughly 10k a year for that alone. This really isn't a bad deal and if Kona is bieng for real he could really be offering a good oppportunity to some young bucks.

This is assuming you don't need to buy clothes, toiletries, you don't go out on your own, and you don't need that laptop, cell phone, camera or whatever else (and those you have do not break, get damaged, lost etc). This time also does not count toward your retirement, which is also important as one needs 10 years of contribution to qualify for SS.

Well, to be straight, we stash much more than 1K a month from our jobs where we work roughly 39 hours a week if you account for paid vacation time and paid holidays - and we have a large mortgage and three kids. So money-wise it makes no sense at all. That's why I said it is not a job opportunity - it is a kind of lifestyle opportunity, which will only work for few people around.

Good luck for Kona though, I hope you'll find the one you're looking for.

This is absolutely real. Through this forum, I've actually found a guy I think is perfect for the job. We're just working out some scheduling/logistic type things.

Mahalo for all the support from the rest of you.

Whoever the guy is that gets hired, he should start his own blog. If he can write, would make a hell of an interesting story. Guy goes to Hawaii to live as a servant on a beach house with drugs, jacuzzi, sailing, sex and debauchery. I would read it! Would make a hell of a reality show too.

Again for a young guy out of school with not much going on this is not a bad deal.

I also don't recall anyone asking you how much you stash away. It makes no sense at all to YOU. Not to some kid here who might he looking for some low paid jobs.

You are in a different point in your life with 3 kids (How old are you anyways?) than the young guy out of college who could parlay this kind of think into a book, blog, life stories, etc.

I am almost sure my cousin (I think he meets all of your requirements) might be interested, even though he's not in his late teens, because we're Mexican, and therefore have fewer opportunities to work abroad, leaving aside the illegal immigrant sort of jobs. I have emailed him your ad and will comment this with him as soon as I see him (about Sunday).

I don't understand the negativity here.
Go apply for a job in NYC, they won't give a shit about you, and will use you like a dirty whore.
This guy Kona, is offering to set you up, in Hawaii, and plug you into his network.
You can't buy that shit.
Sure, you put in some elbow grease, but he sounds like a hustler, and his minimum covers your basics.
Whoever takes this, if you have some drive, you could do well. Just don't get baked too much.
