Vilnius datasheet?

Girls in Salento are weird [Image: smile.gif] I was there yesterday. The girl I was dancing with told me firstly that she had a boyfriend. But later she put my hands on her ass [Image: smile.gif] In Buddha Bar very few girls were dancing on the dancefloor, maybe 8.

If you're there in July/August skip Vilnius and head over to Klaipeda/Palanga by the Baltic sea. Vilnius is good for a weekend party but otherwise nothing to do there Sunday-Wednesday (even thursdays were off and I had to ask the locals on the street for happening places).

Search for "Maverick traveler" on Twitter and internet. He is in Lithuania and a specialist of it, I believe

Many times, visited twice last year. Spent 2 weeks first time, and 1.5 weeks second time. As mentioned before you almost have to schedule your LT trips over the weekend else the nightlife is dead. The exception though is summer season.
You can also pipe-line in advance. Day-game is hit or miss as foreigner "wow" factor (at least for me) was near non-existent.

I was in Lithuania about two years ago for a couple weeks. While charming Vilnius is small and there isn't much to do except read, wander and game the many attractive women that populate the city. While I agree Palanga could be better I would say that being stuck in that tacky Lithuanian tourist trap is not something I could stand for more than two days at a time - the amount of time I spent there last. My advice is set up shop in Vilnius travel around to second tier cities to get a feel for the special Baltic character of the country and head up to Riga (4 hour bus ride) and Tallinn (another four hours from Riga). A Baltic summer is awesome, the girls are fly as hell and the people and culture is interesting plus it won't break the bank; highly recommend a few weeks of flexible focus on the region allowing for some travel back and forth to work on the tougher nuts - getting my Lithuanian flag took about a week, she was a 19yo virgin so it might not be representative but in my limited experience Lithuanian's are more conservative than the rest of the Baltics.

@Bogart, " While I agree Palanga could be better I would say that being stuck in that tacky Lithuanian tourist trap is not something I could stand for more than two days at a time"

I disagree, if hitting Palanga June - August you can easily spend 4 days and not get bored! The key is to pipeline in advance and then see if the LT girl you met in Vilnius, Kaunas, etc. would be down for a beach trip. My only issue with Palanga is that there are too many girls under 21 and also too many families. I was only able to find one bar that had a consistently high quality of girls in my preferred age range (early 20s - early 30s). It's a western themed bar on Basanaviciaus St. (forgot the name). For day game the best place is the open "town square" right outside the mini-Maxima market on Vytauto Gatve (street). It is flooded with tourists, especially girls who have arrived to the city for seasonal jobs. You will also find many Russian speaking girls, who arrive in pairs or groups so just get an outdoor table at the cafe next door and enjoy.

So, the key is to do day-game/beach game during the daytime, or do what I did and use the amazing pine forest parks around Palanga for jogging, biking, and other various types of exercising (there is a great Calisthenics playground next to the WWII bunkers between beach and Palanga downtown) during the day. Then I would hit the beach, do some productive reading and literally freeze my balls off in 18c Baltic water. Of course, while jogging on the beach I would make sure to pass by the nude beach at least a few times to "refresh my eyes". During the evening I would hit sports bars and a billiards hall nearby to practice pool and pre-game and chat with the locals. If it was slow, I would have my cell phone with me and pipeline incl. hitting up contacts in Klaipeda. Then once night time rolled around it was the western themed bar every evening.

Also, Palanga to Klaipeda (3rd largest city) is only 25 minutes away. I had a car rental so "commuting between the 2 cities was a piece of cake". In Klaipeda I was there for only 2 days (pointless to daygame when you're leaving so quickly) but the awe factor on the streets was through the roof. I had only seen that type of quality around certain parts of Ukraine.
