Extreme Boost and Extreme Rush Trial

Just received two 1 month sample bottles, one for Extreme Boost which is a natural testosterone boosting supplement, the other is Extreme Rush which is an NO2 supplement. Both of these are pill form and have been taking them for the past 2 days. Take the pills in the morning on my off days and 30-45 minutes before my work out on training days (workouts are at 6:30pm Mon, Wed, Fri).

Was curious to see if this stuff will give me an edge and get me bigger and stronger or if its all bullshit.

I also take other supplements daily during dinner or after I work out. I take Vitamin B-1, Magnesium capsules, Fish Oil, and Opti-Zinc. If I should be taking these at different times of the day to maximize the benefit, please let me know.

So far, after 2 days, I'm not really feeling too different. Energy wise is about the same, maybe just a little more energy in the mornings. When I got to the gym after popping the Extreme Boost and Rush, kind of had tunnel vision and really pushed it out during my first super set series. When I'm not working out, I get random NARBs (No Apparent Reason Boner) at work, pretty much anywhere.

Workout results are too soon to tell obviously, but will keep monitoring progress every couple days to see if I feel or look any different. See if this is worth a further investment.

Currently, here are my stats:

Age: 24
Height: 6'6
Weight: 235lbs

Max Bench: 330
Max Front Squat: 345

Extreme Boost and Extreme Rush Trial

Update

Week 1: Lifting 3x a week.

Still taking Extreme Boost and Rush 30-45 minutes before workout. Taking dosage right before lunch on off days. After 15-20 minutes, I feel like I have tunnel vision and my focus is 100% set on lifting. Difference in my first bench session last Thursday compared to this past Monday.

Last Thursday: 5x5 Bench
Set 1: 250
Set 2: 260
Set 3: 270
Set 4: 275
Set 5: 285 for 3 reps

Two Burnout sets: Set 1: 225 for 6 reps @ 3 second negatives
Set 2: 135 for 13 reps @ 3-5 second negatives

Came back from vacation last week so I did not rest as long between chest days so I tried coming back that following Monday to get back to my normal routine. Here's Monday's Bench results

Monday: 5x5 Bench
Set 1: 1 rep max. 330
Set 2: 255
Set 3: 265
Set 4: 275
Set 5: 285 for 3 reps

Two Burnout Sets: Set 1: 225 for 7 reps @ 3 second negatives
Set 2: 135 for 17 reps @ 3 second negatives

Felt stronger this past Monday despite some soreness still felt in my chest and arms from last Thursday. Still extremely horny all the time getting random boners. Maybe a little more irritable than usual. Not really as sore as I usually am after lifting. Feel a bit more energetic and my confidence has improved. Feel very powerful and the increased energy makes me want to burn it off by doing some sort of physical activity.

Let me know if yall have any questions about what lifts I do during the week or anything else.

Happy Training Gentlemen!
