It turns out Harvard Professor Amy Cuddy claims that standing in "power poses" can increase doses of testosterone and decrease cortisol.

She suggests that by standing in the victory "V" position with arms up for just two minutes significantly raises testosterone levels which will help you dominate in important meetings.
So why not include this in your pre-game warmup? Or just go into the bar bathroom and stand for 2 minutes with your arms above your head. You'll get a natural boost of Testosterone, which chicks will smell off of you.
