Go up to her and say, "You know, you're the prettiest girl I've seen all day." This works even better if you happen to have some flowers you can give her. Follow it with, "I know you're probably busy and I don't want to take up any more of your time but I was wondering if maybe you'd like to go on a date sometime. Maybe grab dinner and a movie?"
