In very poor countries, women are generally less corrupt and better at money management than men. They have less of a tendency to get drunk, spend money on cigarettes instead of school, and are less likely to commit various forms of child abuse. I have always believed that was the proof that the ridiculousness we are witnessing on modern women is a product of circumstances, not an absolute rule, and that women are just as capable of making right decisions.

Sadly, however, this ability only seems to function in extremely poor societies like Tanzania or Cambodia. As soon as it catches but a whiff of economic prosperity and emancipation, it seems to flee.

So not true!

I hear of many cases in Mexico where its even easier to corrupt women cops. Many girl cops also fuck a lot of Drug cartel leaders and are the first ones to give in to drug trafficking corruption.

This video is a great example. The Policia Federal (equivalent to US Swat team) almost got into a cross-fire with the local police over an ugly corrupt female cop who was considered to be the girlfriend of the drug lord in the region. The swat team got orders to arrest the corrput female cop but the regional drug lord of the town ordered the corrupt local police to block the town and to not let her be taken at all costs. Both branches of the Mexican police were about to go at it thanks to an ugly female cop. Corruption at its best.

They do this also in Nicaragua, put women in low and mid level government management positions. They aren't as bribe-able, but they are weak on family connections. The solution is to find a family member of the official, befriend them to accompany you when something needs to be done, and no bribe needs to be paid (except maybe a small favor owed to the family member).

These female cops who are largely fat, short and unattractive are the worst offenders at blatantly eye fucking this gringo.

They take their jobs far less seriously than the men from my experience.

Also unlike the US most mexicans do not respect the law rather they respect the man behind the badge. Unless some badass with a badge is telling you what is up most mexicans simply are not going to comply with some little lady making demands. That shit with female cops only works in countries where citizens are truely afraid of the power of the law. It will never catch on in developing countries where a man can just knock her out in one punch run away and be fine.

No offense to the fellas, and I don't even think this is necessarily a good thing on a personal level since it's beta, but women are generally better in roles like traffic policing and the like. They tend to follow rules to a T where as men are more willing to let shit slide and make compromises (gentlemen's agreement, etc). I would much rather interact with a male officer over a female one for that reason.

This has also been established in the microfinancing lending industry. Successful loan repayment is far higher among women than men in developing economies.

I don't agree about the microfinance industry.

Think about it. The money that comes from the US is coming from blue-pill people. All the people I worked with, mostly women, didn't even flinch when they said that women had FAR higher repayment rates.

At the time, I asked why. I was told men were all drunks, careless and did little to help their communities. I was hit off with the rhetoric women do 90% of the unpaid labor or whatever that made up statistic is. The women in class repeated that had to be true - men really are lazy. Sounds like we are talking about matriarchies of some stripe if that really is true.

I eventually left the project after doing most of the legal leg-work after they refused to put my name on the work, saying they wanted to give credit to a gay dude and two women. Fuck that.

I would post on my research on it, but that is linked to my name. The main problem is that fact the industry targets women out of the gate and doesn't consider men as prospects, as they assume men are literally drunk off male privilege. Of course, I didn't frame as such otherwise it would get ignored.

Check out this article: http://asiasociety.org/education/student...o-mystique

Pure porting out of American's privileged narcissism, as they see the American lifestyle as inherently superior to all cultures and traditions. Complete and utter inability to see the value inherent in wifehood and motherhood - only the value that a competitive lifestyle (money, climbing the social hierarchy and power) brings.

I could have sworn I just saw a link to a study about this, specifically that women are more likely to be influenced by culture than men. Therefore in a culture good at discouraging corruption, women will be less corrupt because men are more likely to independently choose a path of corruption. In a culture that does not effectively discourage corruption, women will be just as corrupt as the men. It also seems possible that in a corrupt culture, women will be MORE corrupt than the men.

One of the key elements to why women are seen as better credit risks in microfinance is that they are more collectivist (vs. individualist) in their thinking and their social interactions. Systems of microfinance are designed to use this to ensure higher loan payment rates through PEER PRESSURE. When a microfinance company makes a loan, they typically make it to a small group of women, who are ALL COLLECTIVELY RESPONSIBLE for the entire loan. The loan organization then relies on, among other things, each individual's potential ostracization within the group and the larger community in the event of a default to ensure repayment for the entire group. Thus, social pressure is a very important element to ensuring the desired outcome for the lender. Does any of this sound familiar to you guys who ALMOST got laid Saturday night??

Honestly, I'm pro-corruption for traffic cops. It's $20 to settle it then and there, instead of $200 with the possibility of additional penalties added on later.

I know three separate dudes who have been sucked off in County this year. What type of bish would suck a dusty ass dude in County for free? I could understand if she was charging 100 a blow but for free. Come on man.

I think they can be less likely to be influenced but in reality everyone folds when your life of family is on the line.

The cycle of disrespect can start with just an appetizer.

2Wycked, that might be a possibility, but I don't believe in it. We are talking just repayment rates here among people who received loans in the first place, which should automatically render gender meaningless as far as selection was concerned. If 100 men and 500 women received microloans, one can still check and see if the proportional number of people of both genders has repaid them (say, 80 men and 400 women).

It might be that women there are not corrupt only because they have no opportunity to be like that, I admit, but one should give them the benefit of doubt.

I rag on American cops constantly, but they really are the lesser of two evils, far lesser in many cases, compared to a lot of the world. I still don't like them, but I know I wont end up in a ditch or being held at gunpoint until I empty out my bank account.

Thats a good point.

I think men are much more likely to come clean about a lie when caught than women are.

A man can admit wrongdoing and apologize. A woman however will adamantly deny it, slander your good name with ruthless intent, and take that shit to the grave even after everyone knows she's lying.
