I'm hoping that there is some sort of story behind this. Like the OP knows for certain that Iliyana blew the happy customer in the changeroom. Otherwise it seems like a very corporate communication.

It's part of the insufferable "work" culture that's taken over America. I don't think it's gotten to Europe yet.

Everything should be a minor celebration. Zappos is like that. Those idiots pissed me off and I let them have it.
