So, for some reason girls feel obliged to dress scanky and drink heavily during halloween. Im wondering if this a exclusivelt east coast thing or even an American thing. Now, ive spent it in DC, NYC and many other east coast cities. The talent comes out to show they can dress like whores and get away with it.

So... Where in the world or USA/Canada do you think is the best place to party with talent on this demonic day of opportunity.

Look for a private party or pub crawl in Mendoza, Hallowen is not a tipical festivity here in Argentina. Last year i had a very good time in the BA Pub Crawl Halloween party.

It depends on what night of the week Halloween falls. Lincoln Road is a great place to start. Beyond that, head to whatever venues are good on that particular night. rationalize_this' South Beach Data Sheet is.probably the forum's best source for which South Beach venues are good on which nights.

First thing he does is mention Fontainebleau and LIV which are about 4 miles north of where South Beach ends in his "South Beach data sheet". I don't think that's going to be too helpful...

I'll see what I can find myself in the general area because I don't like most of what I see in that thread.

Halloween is one of the few times of year you're better off in the developed world for, in my experience. I've been in Brazil and South Africa for it and nothing major happened.

Compare that to the North America / the British isles where you get girls in the sluttiest costumes imaginable, thousands of drunks rolling around streets in costumes of all ages etc.

Yep, Vegas and Miami are where it's at.

Austin (6th street) is also out of control, but it can be a bit of a clusterfuck and if you don't have a plan of action (as in which bar you're going to next), you can waste a lot of time navigating through the drunken slut horde.

Just booked Vegas for Halloween (and the weekend after) so hopefully I'll have some decent info after, although will probably just end up in a club/party. Gotta figure out the optimum costume now.
