That is about right, but I would put Romania above Poland.

I also would put Romania above Poland for openness for older dudes. But here's the thing: A lot of girls will have a fling or hook up with an older guy as long as he still looks alright. But taking you seriously as a long term mate or settling down is a whole different story and when the chips are down, many would back out.

While I have seen a few middle aged men with young girls here and there (more than Poland), it's nothing like how it can be pretty common in Ukraine. I've also talked to many locals and they do say it's odd for a guy to be more than 10 years older and young Romania girls who I informed that I was in my late 30's do kind of freak out a bit. Culturally, it's not that acceptable or even somewhat normalized.

I think Ukraine and Russia are the most normalized with young girls who take guys with 15 or even 20 year age differences seriously, with the other countries not being nearly as close if you're discussing only Europe. I'm happy to hear about any other exceptions

In the countries that made the list, it has been culturally ingrained in girls, since a very young age. That is why I emphasized polish young girls, because to me, it was never ingrained in them. Maybe, a generation ago it still was, but now, in many ways, they are as westernized as most Western girls (though thinner so that is their biggest plus).
And I predict that, a generation from now, half of the countries that are in the top 20 will go the way of Poland. So have fun and pick right as an older gentleman, because it wont get any easier and time flies by quickly.
