Fashion-wise, summer can often be lopsided towards women who can show their wares more easily than guys when it's warmer.
This is a guide for guys who aren't Atlases yet.
As guys in hot/humid climates we are often stuck with one option (if you aren't built), and women have many.
Here's my breakdown on summer gear for guys in America...

White V-necks are the base line acceptance for any kind of non-super conservative hang.
Think of it as a summer version of the custom-tailored suit.
If have a hairy chest, you want to either rock a v-neck, or be able to un-button your shirt super-low (if you have a lot of chest hair).
I never wear shorts because I have long legs, but if you have a stocky build, you might be able to it.
If you are conservative, wear a grey hanes t-shirt that makes your pit stain really obvious, but only do this if you are muscle-bound.
If you are a skinny white with no chest hair wearing a v-neck, try "peacocking" just a little bit and wear a heavy duty necklace, or some kind of other thing like a ring to ease off the conservative vibe a bit.
