Are you muscle injury prone?

Starting strenght is not really a bodybuilding program in my opinion. I would not advise it to someone who is above 35y, or someone who is tall i.e. above 6'0. Barbells can go barberic on your body and breakdown your joints.

Get this book Strength Training Anatomy by delavier it will show you picture perfect form. a must have.
