One of the coolest or most unique gigs I've ever bought is this christopher walken impersonator out of NY. He does like a 10 minute phone call for you and will fuck with people or say nice stuff. I've used that gig on a few girsl I've dated when i pised them off and it lightened the mood after that.

HAHAHA

My mind is exploding with possibilities for mischief now

Ya cant recomend the guy highly enough. Theres a few other guys with the same gig. This guy I think also says on his thing hes been on a few morning shows or something along those lines. I mention that so you get the right guy. If anyones interested I can check my history and get his name.

The guy did an awesome job. Long story short told a girl I was working fri night which was like a 6 month long running lie that I had a 2nd job. Then accidentally txt her think8ng its someone else. Hired this guy to mend things over and it worked. The guy puts a ton of time and effort into getting what you want and delivering it. He actually followed up with me as well like did I get ya out the doghouse and told me how the convo went. Really nice coop guy so whether just as a bday joke or whatever highly recommend him.

I actually got on Fiverr recently thanks to this forum and related blogs. It's not so much that I'm desperate for $4 paydays, but rather it's part of the hustler mentality. By making the effort to put up a gig for this site, and take on the jobs it's a step in the right direction for becoming financially independent.

I only have one gig up so far editing school/university papers, but I didn't really know what else to put. I plan on tweaking it soon, but for guys who are really set on the location/financial independence lifestyle, I believe this is a good start.

Fiverr is really good if someone is living in a third world country. You can work the whole day and end up earning 50$ which is an excellent. But in the likes of US, UK, etc you are better of getting a job flipping burgers. At least the money at MacD is more and it is consistent.

It really depends. Content writing is out for me personally because like you said it's not worth my time and effort for $4. For more automated type gigs whether you have a program where you can give free twitter followers with the click of a button or something like I'll tweet your message to my 100,000 followers those types of gigs require about 3 seconds of your time and 2 clicks of your mouse so to me that's worth $4

Hey, saw Vice had posted about Fiverr earlier on a dupe thread. Just wanted to bring this thread to the top and also kind of talk about Fiverr a bit and share my take. I'm still using Fiverr quite a bit as a buyer, not so much as a seller. Honestly most gigs I'm capable of I'm not willing to do for $5. ANy content writing I'm not really willing to do for $5. Maybe if it was on a topic of online dating or something where I could just ramble off my head it would be worth pumping out a 500 word article but as we all know you don't get to choose the topic someone else hires you to write about which often means you have to really put some thought into an article or maybe even do reasearch, at that point its no longer worth the $4 I'd make from the gig.

I think Fiverr is ideal for people who have some type of software to automatically get someone 5,000 Twitter followers or something. That type of gig I imagine is literally plugging in someones twitter handle into a software and the rest is done automatically probably takes a minute. With a gig like that you could get a lot of gigs and complete a lot of gigs with minimal time and effort. SOmething like logo design, banners, content writing, editing etc even on a simple project is not worth $4 to me personally.

I have a few fiverr gigs like I'll tweet your messgae to my 10k followers and stuff like that, those are easy and take a few minutes but anything more than that I'm not really wiling to do.

I know some people do fiver hoping to get clients off fiver and paying real money however I see Fiverr as having the same problem groupon does, people who "shop" there want a deal they don't want to pay retail. If I can get a job done all day on Fiverr why am I going to use your services off Fiverr which will probably run more like $30 to $50, just doens't make sense if I can get a quality job done on fiverr for $5.

One toher thing I did for a while that I kinda liked was I would allow people to guest blog on a few blogs of mine, they would pay me $5 and write content for my site. Bonus to them is they get in front of an new audience, get a free plug and a backlink, bonus to me was $5 they paid for the gig plus I essentially got someone to pay me for writing content for me. I wouldn't do this with a great quality site as I don't know if someone is giving me duplicate content or if their writing is even good but if so it can work out.

Can you use fiverr if you don't have paypal? How can clients pay you if you don't have paypal? My paypal is currently blocked, they won't unblock it till I get back home.

I've heard you can use something called Payoneer or something like that, I'm not familiar with it. I believe you have to be level 2 or higher to use that option though.
