Best Age to Procreate

There has been a lot of discussion on the ideal age to have a (healthy) child as a women; the general consensus being <35yo.
What do you think the ideal age is to procreate for a man? (Assuming he has many notches, is financially stable and willing to raise a child).
If you're not growing, you're dying.

35-40. Old enough to have gotten a lot of fun out of the way (hopefully), but young enough to still be able-bodied for the children's childhood.

Never prior to 30 years old. The ideal age is probably in the 35-45 spot. In my opinion the ideal of playing catch with your kids is overrated and I think at the very least you should wait til you have more than enough money to pay for them.
Side note: In all the countries I have lived in no other one but Americans have this obsession with playing ball(catch) with their kids. Its just assumed that your kids will play with other kids. I think this is a product of suburban isolation and fathers wanting to make up with it by personally playing sports with their kids.

A woman's best age in a purely biological sense is 16-18. Perhaps the culture we have, I'd nominate 20-24 for the first.
Women over 30 do not have healthy eggs.
For a guy, well it just depends on when you get you financial shit sorted, There's no prob firing up at 26 if you're already minted, and having her pop out a dozen.
