Over the last few weeks I have been rigorously keeping a diet and workout log. I have seen good success so far and think I will see even more in the near future. Keeping track of all my workouts and my diet has really helped hold me accountable and I believe it is a key to success, and I highly recommend others do it too.
I want to do something similar here. I want to keep a record of all my approaches, conversations, texts, bangs etc. It will give me something to look at to analyze my game, and hopefully some feedback from other RVF members as well as holding me accountable if I'm being a bitch (please be gentle). I broke up with my GF about a month ago, and damn being single is harder then I remember haha. I feel like being in a relationship killed my mojo, time to get it back.
I'll be going out 3-4 nights a week and talking to girls on my college campus. I have not yet purchased BANG, because I feel like if I do then I'll just give myself an excuse to put off doing approaches until I have "more game knowledge". Once I start getting comfortable doing approaches, I will purchase it to supplement to my game.
