Good split routine with compounds?

Hi all,

I've been searching online and I really can't figure out what a good split routine would be.

I have the time and appetite to hit th gym 6 days a week so any sort of split that gets me max time of lifting would be great.

Any thoughts/recommendations would be most appreciated.

google wendler's 5/3/1 program
it's excellent and will get you gains on a time budget

there's online calculators and excel spreadsheets for this but if you want to stick to the rvf there's a search function that will service well

You don't train lower body with weights?

How come so much cardio. Do you play some sport on the side and need the endurance? Not criticizing just wondering what benefits it is having for you.

I was squatting on saturday's, but I was doing a couple races recently so I took a couple weeks off.

My body responds best to a little cardio. Today i did a real easy 3 miles at Coney Island, tomorrow I might do some sprints.

Personally, I think this site is better than bb.com, but whatever, you'll get good advice from both.
