Ive searched the web with no luck so maybe one of you can help. I just setup a facebook business page. I'm trying to get google analytic to keep track of hits on it.

Ive created a profile.

In social settings I have

from the few websites on google this is all that needs to be done. I cant copy paste my UA id since its facebook page and cant edit html

Anyone know what Im doing wrong?

No more Analytics on Facebook. You can find this out from a simple Google search.

Only thing you can do really is have url shorteners to see who's clicking what.

Facebook has its own analytics for pages, but its not as cool and accurate as googles.

Like NY said, use facebook analytics ("page insights") as just that, insights. Direct your traffic to your site or landing page and use anaytics on that to see how much traffic you are getting from facebook.

IMO twitter is better, but then again im not good on facebook.
