Hey, Im new to posting but have been reading this forum since I began my travels in central america three months ago. I think I can make this happen Mixx...especially since I kind of want to keep it closer to the states for Labor Day Weekend this year (Was thinking about hitting Thailand AGAIN...lol) you know I will be in Medellin July 29th - August 2nd as well. I rememeber you saying on another thread that you be around? I definitely want to check this out I'm down for smaller secondary cities in Colombia and I have met tons of honies online from this spot as well as Monteria.

But maybe they have something more organic besides facebook and Hi5 that only Colombians know about that we're not privy too....

Monteria is dead smack in the middle of Cartagena and Medellin.

You can fly out of MIA or FLL boh have a layover. It is more convenient to fly out of FLL however, and the layover is in Cartagena, followed by Pereira.
