Lester Diamond was an Alpha when it came to bitch psychology, Abe Rothstein was an Alpha when it came to money and business, Joe Pesci's character was an Alpha when it came yo bitches and power. There are different areas one can be an Alpha in just like the different areas of intelligence in human psychology. If it was all brawn and no brains or social dominance, the ultimate Alphas would be clowns like Brock Lesnar and The Rock. We are primates but we are complicated ones, there are many spheres one can be a dominant alpha in, gaming women for pussy is just one.

Sharon Stone character can't resist to the "charme" of James Woods because they *match emotionally*, no matter the difference in life-style, ambitions, social enviroment living in. It's not only because of the game he uses on her. They are similar. They're both, deep inside, scumbags. Sharon Stone likes De Niro charcater for his money, Joe Pesci's for his alpha-animal dominance, but it's with the weak James Wood that she really matches on a deep level, being extremely weak and dependant herself.

^^That's deep. Often beautiful women can be revered when deep down they are scumbags. And people wonder, 'how did he get her?' Opposites dont always attract.

Don't debate me.

If anyone wants to meme this, be my guest, this is from the scene when Nicky and his wife go to Vegas for the first time to see how Ace is living, and he introduces them to Ginger...

The contrast of the two women is striking -- exemplified by their facial expressions. Nicky's wife is in full makeup, jeweled down, and wearing a fuckin' fur coat, meanwhile Ginger comes out of nowhere from lounging in a rather basic outfit, but her beauty is startling to the both of them. There's a point where Nicky's wife does a double take with her eyes and looks down before looking back up at her.

I wrote at length about the "Gingers" of the world here:

http://www.rooshvforum.network/thread-46536.html

Sam took an "L" on that one because he let his ego get in the way; he was by nature a gambler, and gamblers are self-destructive because they always think they're going to win no matter what the odds. In this case, he thought he could change her into something he wanted her to be -- usually a woman's mistake -- even though she forewarned him, even though he knew he was gambling; in the end, he almost lost his life on such a terrible bet.

The rock is actually a pretty fuckin alpha dude. Not a clown.

Bump because I love this movie.

By all accounts Joe Pesci's character was the most beta when it comes to women as he caused his ultimate demise by fucking with Ace's wife. Pussy pedestalization at it's finest. Ace kept taking his lizard back after she'd run off and fuck Lester so he's a cuck, I think the writers were trying to say he was in control of all aspects of his life other than his bitch, which is fairly common among successful guys.

During the wedding scene he narrates saying "I know all the stories about her, but I didn't give a fuck". So it's not like he didn't know what he was getting into.

"Does PUA say that I just need to get to f-close base first here and some weird chemicals will be released in her brain to make her a better person?"

Great movie. Brilliant acting. The most alpha-guy is the Cowboy, who tells Rothstein not to mess with Nevada.
