Cool idea, though I don't think it would help get guys laid.

That is actually pretty cool. I wonder how many bars are actually gonna use these.

Stupid. People are becoming less people and more just a Facebook profile.

Related: "The Buddy Cup joins some other connected food utensils. HapiLabs came out with its connected HapiFork at CES earlier this year. The fork pairs with your phone and warns you when you are eating too fast by vibrating."

Who knows...could result in the following (on second thought, maybe if they made it taze you instead of vibrate):

"...it's the quiet cool...it's for someone who's been through the struggle and come out on the other side smelling like money and pussy."

"put her in the taxi, put her number in the trash can"

Lamest thing I've seen in awhile. Talk about diluting the meaning of friendship. So clicking glasses with someone now means they get to know all my business on Facebook. Not to mention making Zuckerberg even wealthier. Fuck this.

Three thoughts:

1. Lame

2. Scary as hell

3. Genius marketing for this day and age.

Yeah I see what you're saying here. That part of it is lame. I guess I'd only toast to people I would actually want on my facebook though. At the end of the day, you're probably better off just adding them on your phone.

Orwell could never imagine this shit.

"I have refused to wear a condom all of my life, for a simple reason – if I’m going to masturbate into a balloon why would I need a woman?"

Beta Orbiter Gamification

Though, I could see this come in pretty handy in some situations. Say you were an up-and-coming comic doing college towns. Would be a great way to get more exposure after the fact.

And it's also just a matter of time before someone hacks the chip and let's them take control of your FB account.

The funny thing is that the ad uses Brazilian Facebook profiles. I think this move is more targeted to Bud infiltrating the Brazilian market than anything else.

At the end of my stay in Brazil last year, I started seeing more ads for Bud and Bud showing up in more bars.

Brazilians love them some Facebook, so I could see a Buddy Cup party being popular and making Bud seem cool to Brazilians.

Imagine all the girls protecting their cups from the "creeps".

"OMG did you see that creep try to toast my cup"

Damn son, you're observant. I had to go back and pause the video to even catch that.
