"High Rising Terminal" & other useful tech terms to describe smp, manosphere, etc...

While I had already been studying pick up for 9 years before discovering the manosphere, I often had trouble figuring out quick ways to describe it. When I finally discovered the word "hypergamy" after reading Roissy, it suddenly became much easier to think clearly about dealing with women and how one generates attraction.

Two other terms that have helped me immensely in describing how American womens' speech drives me up the wall are vocal fry (of course) and one I just discovered a few days ago: High Rising Terminal

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_rising_terminal

"The high rising terminal (HRT), also known as uptalk, upspeak, rising inflection or high rising intonation (HRI), is a feature of some accents of English where statements have a rising intonation pattern in the final syllable or syllables of the utterance."

These two terms really help me understand the "Valley Girl" accent that has annoyed me since I first heard it 26 years ago.

What other technical terms have you discovered that have helped you better understand and articulate game and other manosphere subjects?

Half-children.

That is, women are half-children.

Whenever I find female behavior (such as the lack of accountability, the irrationality, the wanton vapidness, or the unsurceasing frivolousness) inexplicable and/or mystifying, I just remind myself that they are half-children.

It's a great heuristic for quickly clearing up a lot of life's mysteries.

Schopenhauer, On Women:
Quote:Quote:

Women are directly adapted to act as the nurses and educators of our early childhood, for the simple reason that they themselves are childish, foolish, and short-sighted—in a word, are big children all their lives, something intermediate between the child and the man, who is a man in the strict sense of the word.

This couldn't have been timed any better. This is exactly the word that describes my current girl right after an argument.
