At least those cops were not acting like a pussy. they didn't even take the gun out.

I remember this video. the cop shot some black guy for very minor crime. People were yelling at him. the cop was pointing a gun at everyone because he was scared as fuck.

This is nothing out of the ordinary.

Last week I was out on the train and a guy says, "fucking faggots" to two cops walking by. I wasn't sure if the cops even heard him or not, but minutes later they tell him not to videotape from his phone because it's against MTA policy. Anyways, this is the drunk train at 3AM going home, so alcohol plus stupidity/bravado causes him to ramble on about his rights, how he is in law school, and how the cops are wrong, etc. The cops threaten to kick him off the train, so his girlfriend tries to calm him down. Things do calm down, but the cops pull his aside later (under the pretense they just wanted to chat), and then they physically push him off the train at the next stop. Guy tries to get back into subway cart, is furious and breaks the emergency lock on the train. The cops immediately tackle him to floor, leaving him bloodied, and they even tackle his girlfriend who at this point is hysterical.

The cops were very physical, but it was hard to have any sympathy for a guy looking for trouble being a jerk. Cops said he would face 5 years imprisonment for breaking the emergency lock when there was no emergency. Dunno what happened next, but nothing reported when I checked local news and Twitter.

EDIT- guy was white and from a very affluent part of town. I think he got off on any charges.
