Why wouldn't he? He's only missing the penis, not testicles or anything else that produces hormones so his sex drive should be normal. And that probably sucks a ton since he has no penis...

Haha. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George's gf has mono and they can't have sex for six weeks and he becomes fluent in like 3 languages over a weekend or something. Just starts devoting his life to solving life's mysteries and such.
