I have an interesting situation where I will be going to Europe with family in the beginning of June for 10 days...and essentially I can tell them wherever I want to go. So I have free reign to choose, but there are several important factors listed for the most part in order of importance:

1. Cheap - I don't want to break old pops' bank on this trip since he's paying for it all. This is probably most important.
2. Quicker Bangs - I'd maybe have time for 1-2 dates, since I'm only there for 10 days. That said in Kiev I was able to get 3 dates with 2 girls in 10 days, so I'll put that as my max.
3. Things for family - I don't want to be entirely selfish. My dad likes nature, seeing nice things. My sister is the same. My brother and I only care about banging. So some sights/culture/nature should be involved.
4. Language - Preferable to have a decent amount of English-speaking people. Second best situation would be Russian, as I should have a basic grasp by then.
5. Central Area/Easy Transport - One thing I loved about Reykjavik is that I could walk everywhere. With Rio transport was relatively easy via public transportation. I don't want to have to rent a car or spend hours on a subway to get to where I want to go.
6. Good nightlife - I am a night game guy, and I would like to go out most nights I am there. So no weekend only spots. My brother is a decent wing if that matters.
7. Safety - I don't want my father and sister to have to worry walking around at nights.
8. Food - we all love good food, though this can be a minor consideration really. For example, I'd never tell someone not to go to Kiev because the food sucks (which it does).

In no particular order, here are some countries I am considering: Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Georgia, Austria, Moldova. On the second tier, I am also considering St. Pete (too expensive?), Minsk (too little to do for 10 days), or the Baltics (don't know much). At most I'd want to hit two cities if that makes sense, or just stay in one the entire 10 days.

I've read a lot of threads on various places, but none I've found touch upon the family aspect of it. Any and all suggestions are welcome. And of course, I'll return the favor with a hell of a data sheet.

Just my opinion but I would say a Central European capitol with Budapest ticking all boxes. It's cheap,interesting things for dad and sis to see,it's stunning,it's safe,you can get the train from there to other capitols for side trips and it's got a great transport system with the metro and rickety old trams. It also has a very good night life and the city is centralised. Oh,and the outdoor baths,they are pretty special too. The only thing I can't comment on is the chances of bang. I never banged there but others have. I really think you'd like it there and your family would too.

Forget Moldova if you are with family. It's ok for a young buck like you but it's pretty shitty there and not much to do.

Why not? I quite enjoyed my time there and there is stuff to do with clubs and that. Besides Belarus is a beautiful country with lots to see. Dad would enjoy a spot of fishing and the sis would love the culture, scenery and sights.

For some reason Budapest was not in my mind, I think because I read a lot on here about how difficult it is to bang girls there. I do agree with you all though that Budapest does tick every other category, and everyone that has gone has said it was fantastic (non-single guys).

Interesting about Minsk. I spent a night there and that's it, so I can't really comment much on it.

I've been to Prague and Krakow, so not those cities again. I talked to my dad briefly this morning and he really wants to go to St. Pete of all places. That, and Croatia he said he saw a nice advertisement for, haha.

Maybe a Vienna (heard lots of ONS there)/Budapest combo, or St. Pete/Random Baltic combo.

Do as your Dad wants and go to St Petersburg, I doubt you will regret it.

In defense of Budapest, I would not call it a particularly hard place to get laid in, in fact I would call it one of the easier cities to get a quick result in Central/Eastern Europe, after Poland of course.

Budapest is one of my favourite cities anywhere, the girls are fun, they drink a lot, and they like to fuck. Budapest didn't become the porn capital of Europe by accident. The top tier in Hungary is also world class.
