Seriously, just watched this video and I'm speechless, totally disgusted by what the system and the so called family law is doing to honest, hard working men. Something must be done other wise, a civil war could erupt. I mean, how long are the men going to tolerate this day light gang banging by the women via the courts and the family law?

More importantly, what can be done to stop this madness? or is it really too late and the only option left for guys is to simply move to other countries where the laws are based on traditional family values, where the men are respected and women know their place?

Man, my friend had showed me this video awhile back, and I was searching for it yesterday! What a coincedance. Poor guy doesn't even look like he belongs anywhere outside his office. Here in the UK an ex-wife is on trial and risking prison. Just so that she can get her ex-husband (a politican called Chris Huhne) sent to prison.

How much hate do you have to have for someone, that you would risk prison just to fuck them up? So many people end up feeling this way towards their ex-partners. To me marriage is more of a cult than Scientology.

Marriage makes me sick. I swear you may as well be gay when your 50 year old wife has her hair chopped, is wearing sweat pants and wobbles when she walks round the house. I don't think an alien could distinguish between a 50 year old gay couple and most 50 year old married couples.

I've always thought marriage is a very, very odd thing to have in the modern world.

So, two people love each other and want to live together and have kids. Why then do they need to sign pieces of paper involving the government or the law's preconceived idea of what human relationships should be...?

Agreements over who pays for what and who does what tasks (i.e. raises kids, pays rent, buys food, etc) are nobody's business except the couple's. They should be negotiated and re-negotiated, informally, as necessary, between the two people actually in the relationship...lol.

If people want to enter into a formal contract over it, cool. But then we're talking a pre-nuptial. That makes good sense.

Or if they want to have a celebratory ritual to mark their commitment to each other, also cool.

But marriage? Signing a paper with rules imposed by the government that kick in if the relationship changes... uhh what??

This attempt to formalise and codify human relationships through some external institution is bizarre.

The concept of "marriage" is plain weird. It's the ultimate socially conditioned thing.

I don't think there's anything strange or unnecessary about marriage. We're a pair-bonding species. It's about resource sharing, ensuring paternity, etc. just as the life-long partnerships of many other species. Naturally in humans it is codified and given legal definition.

The problem is the legal perversion of marriage that has occurred in recent decades, as the video shows. The woman now often benefits from unilaterally dissolving the partnership. Good men are punished and many will refuse marriage altogether, further weakening society.

RichieP, I don't know if I agree with you in a philosophical sense, but a man can be screwed just for having a child with a woman, no matter whether he is married or not. Not being married wouldn't have saved the guy in this case because children are wielded as weapons by the woman and the state - not the paper.

I wondered the same, but there are a few reasons, among many others in my mind:
- the guy is the typical mainstream/pussified betaized guy who has been brainwashed to believe that America is the best country in the world and no other place is worth a consideration. He could easily go to Asia, Eastern Europe or South America and make a life for him there but since he probably is too mainstream, he won't even entertain that possibility let alone act on it.
- he's totally broke, the femcunt took him for all he's worth, including his kids, his assets, his money.
- I wouldn't be surprised that once a guy is going through divorce, Murka confiscates his passport. Can any lawyer in here or anyone who knows more about that chip in as to whether the passport gets voided and or taken away during a divorce/if the femcunt files a lawsuit against a man? With this feminazi fucked up society that North America has sunk in to, I wouldn't be surprised if they did. And that alone more than emphasizes the need for at least a dual citizenship, if not more...remember the 5 flags strategy guys? Prime example right here as to how it could save your ass, literally!
- perhaps the guy is too shocked and intimidated by the whole experience and the powers to be that he can't think straight of what needs to be done and he simply reduced to a yes man, by simply nodding whatever the powers to be orders him to do. Not to mention social pressure from his family, relatives, the so called counselors, cops, lawyers etc for him to just "man up" and do what the courts order him to do...

There are I'm sure many more reasons for why that guy may not have skipped country, but these are the main ones IMO.

I did a search on this guy and found discussion about him elsewhere. If other sites are correct, it seems that he got extra screwed. The other sites claimed that his ex-wife was an attorney (which is likely why she was able to have him locked up again within 48 hours of his release.) But what makes it really fucked up is that his ex-wife was an attorney and yet he was still hit with child support and alimony that he was unable to pay.

I think of all the reasons Vacancier listed for why the man doesn't make a run for it, the first one is the most important. The man is a system man. He went to school like he should, got a stable job like he should, got married, got a house, got kids all like he should. He treated women the way society taught him too as well. He's followed the rules and did what was expected of him, and he can't imagine anything else, even as it should be obvious where it's gotten him.

You're also right about the passport issue. Once you fall behind on child support, they will take your passport. The time to run would have been before he ran out of money when he could have a passport and some assets.

Even still, if I were him I'd take my chances and come up with a plan to get out. Nothing could be worse than the situation he is in.

Taking away your passport is some crazy shit. It shocked me when I first heard about this sort of thing a couple of years ago.

I think alot of guys still don't know that the government is allowed to do this to you. This is getting pretty close to totalaitarianism.

Anyway - I think women have killed the golden goose. They are starting to ask 'where have all the good guys gone?' and their cries will get louder as more and more men go on marriage strike.

But the game never stops. Now they are rewriting the rules so that you are technically 'in a marriage' if you have children with a girl, or if you live with her for a year.

To this day, I am truly stunned at female solipsism over cuckoldry. When I encounter women discussing it, their reactions disgust me. It seems that most women are genetically programmed to be incapable of seeing it as the crime that it is.
