On Friday and Saturday walked around an area where there were a lot of makeshift little bars (kinda run-down) with a lot of people drinking on the street. Not sure where it is located exactly, since just ended up there randomly. A lot of people walking around there on the streets. Close to there is also a park with a night view on Lisbon, which is pretty nice and a lot of people drink there during the night.

You probably where in Bairro Alto, in a new spot called "Espaço Académico de Lisboa". They have erasmus and other university events/dinners.
The black uniforms are the typical portuguese academical "outfit". Not for everyday use, but more for special occasions.

I´ve been receiving some PM´s of fellow rooshers about Lisbon. I´ve been more and less retired of game but still want to share some more information in case you come here.

The place in Lisbon were you will have better prospects are:

- College parties (portuguese girls).
- Erasmus parties (foreign girls).

I usually had a mix of both.

For college parties the best ones are from a college called ISCTE.

ISCTE is a public university with great atmosphere. Either in the College campus party or in a club. Important is that it´s themed by ISCTE university. Of course your looking girls between 18-23 years old.

Coming to Lisbon as a foreigner I would always try to hit college parties. I would just google them.

Venues like Lux are great for foreigners and portuguese girls you would already know beforehand.

Still I remember being in Oslo with my friends and met some portuguese girls. We ditched them after walking by a norwegian night club. Portuguese girls have the lowest ROI in Europe.

About Estoril and Cascais. In the 30´s and 40´s Estoril and Cascais were the safehaven of a lot of monarchs escaping from wars and persecution . The king of Italy, Spain, etc, lived in Estoril during this golden era. Estoril casino is the biggest in Europe. There´s a club outside the casino called Jezebel. I´ve never went there but it´s supposed to be good.
You will get a lot of palaces and jetset vibe. It´s a great place to live above +40.

Quinta da Marinha and Quinta do Patino are considered the most exclusive and expensive places in Lisbon to live and both are located in Cascais. It´s were the old money lives. The most aristocratic families in Lisbon live there.

The place place to eat seafood in Lisbon is called "Ramiro". When Antony Bourdain visited Lisbon he went there. The king prawn (camarão tigre) is great and the prego as a dessert and the lemon sorbet.

The best meat called "bife do lombo" for me is in restaurant called "Ribadouro", ask for it with the house sauce. It´s also a seafood restaurant.

There also a pastry very famous called Pasteis de Nata in Belem.

In Cascais near Guincho you have a wide variety of Restaurants all incredibly good. Seafood go to a restaurant called "Mar do Inferno". Also undisputedly the best seafood restaurant in Cascais.

For restaurants with girls and not food. The place happening is Mercado de Campo de Ourique and I´ve heard Mercado da Ribeira.

Lastly I want to leave this video which explains portuguese female mentality. It´s a famous architect called Taveira. The girls from this videos are either students from him. The one with better sexual performance would get higher grades. And high portuguese socialite. These videos were a huge scandal in the 90´s.
So you see they are as sluttier as others. They just like to do it in closed doors.

Things seem to be improving every year in this respect. I've been in the main touristic places this year during the day and evening, and it's rather clear for me that Lisbon is attracting (not only, but a lot of) top level girls from all over the world. Great weather, beaches nearby, a certain coolness and good reputation (though not much deserved) in terms of nightlife are making it work. I'm posting cause i want to give you one more native perspective of this nightmare. Yeah, this is nothing short of hell.

Before i've started to travel and got to see how things really work, i was another helpless portuguese man who used to think, damn this is it, dating is hard, women are suposed to be hard, maybe by the end of 50 times going out and 10000 approaches maybe i will get lucky. Well, to say the truth, i had gotten involved in some LTR thinking that was the safest way to get regular pussy.

Then i get to live in Poland for 6 months, and everything changes. It suffices to say that my notch count increased dramatically. Then everything is coming a lot clear for me since then. I actually thoroughly enjoyed Lisbon when I was there - sunny, cheap prices, nice city etc. I also found it very easy for pulling, but that was targeting exclusively tourist girls. I'd recommend it to anyone to visit in summertime when they can enjoy the cultural/weather aspects of Lisbon, and spend their nights hitting on American college girls. Just find out where the hostels are going on pub crawls and go there. You need to avoid the bars where the locals go though, sadly, which is an awful thing to have to say about a city.

Guys from low class can also feel empowered, but only in places where girls from the same class attend.

After all what's been said and despite the several factors one can point out that have led to the scenario being depicted here, for me the most crucial one is the market. Let me make a simple comparison with Poland:

-> In Poland, there are far more girls than men. It's just the impression i've got when i was there, i don't have concrete facts to back me up here, just simple observation. But maybe there are more girls due to fact that Poland has been losting a lot of men to war, i dont know, just speculating. And the typical Polish man comes as very intriguing to me. And ofc, the latin looks are quite handful as well. Also, the typical Polish man is not very good looking. I used to live in Lisbon and just got back from 2 weeks there. It is actually a pretty good place for women. I had 2 Portuguese girl friends when I lived there and they were both super hot and sexual. It was not hard with either one. We were having sex within 2 or 3 dates.
