I went to a fundraiser tonight. SOme charity to help in the 3rd world. What struck me is the amount of women there. What I did was go up to the guy running the door and asked him about the charity and what it did, exchanged some interest in what he did, and I honestly appreciated him for his work on this project. No bullshit there - these guys are doing some good stuff. Then all night, as he was friends with some of the major groups there, I basically used him as an in to groups; I met some very nice women.

I'm not sure this is ethical, but socially it worked well.

If I had just done the cold walk up to women it would have not been a quarter as effective I think.

It just got me thinking - the 'function' is such a cool place to be in - its select and adds value as you walk in the door. Its like a bar, without the overtone of brutish vibe of bar. You already have something in common with girls there. Seems like a huge improvement over the Saturday night scene downtown!

I've dealt with these girls before when my buddy use to live in some activism home on M street. They basically come in two flavours: stuck up princesses, and horny sluts. But the spectrum is just completely opposite and there's like no middle ground. The best ones, without arguement, are the ones from Poland and England.

One English chick was married and she was banging as much as she could while she was here.

As a woman? I don't see anything wrong with it. It's a far better situation to meet a woman that through the net or a bar. I agree with Roosh.
