I almost threw up a little reading that. That's a guide for people 50+ or for anyone looking at meeting someone, and establishing a LTR, more like a business transaction.

It amazes me that "book" was even written, but not as much as the idea that guys are actually going to buy it. As for an LTR, it'd be more like a one sided relationship where the woman keeps her husbands balls in her purse, and he forks over his paycheck and kills what little social life he has to keep his spouse happy.
