The Nexus 4 with 16GB (unlocked) is again available in the google play store. The last time they were available they sold out super quick. They cost about $390 including shipping and tax. They are selling on ebay right now for around $500.
Either make some cash by flipping it, or get a great deal on a pretty bad ass phone.
