Frumpy British DJ can't compete with her Photoshop self

Entitled "Faking It: Unrealistic Images in the Media" with your host, DJ Goldilocks.

This video is classic. Clearly it's meant to uncover those "unrealistic standards" but in reality its one neg after another. The setup takes a chick who believes she is cute and nonchalantly demonstrates how much better she would look in a different light (literally). It also reveals why photographers automatically DHV: its their job to see the flaws.

Best part begins at 5:33. Here's my breakdown:

5:41- She is dumbfounded and in denial, can't decide what emotion to put on her face. Her face runs through consternation, anger, disgust, cynicism and despair in five seconds. Hamster spins even faster due to the constant casual nonchalance of the photographer's personality.

5:51- The photog's casual dialog about how 'she stopped being herself when she walked in' begins to sink in. 'Ohmygod he really has been seeing all the glaring flaws in my face...' zzzzzzooooooom!!!!

6:17- "My waist has been nipped in. This is just....unachievable." [Image: lol.gif]

6:25- Yammering about 'boob-to-waist-to-hip-ratio'

6:30- The best part: she frantically begins to wonder if she is uglier than all the other models. Meanwhile the photographer looks bored out of his mind. She is falling in love.

She looked knocked up in that coat. She's well aware that she has a gut, that's why all of her clothing options cover her belly. And what's up with those sausage fingers?
