I started doing them fairly recently, not for any real reason. On Saturday I was having sex, and I pulled out, planning to come on her stomach below her belly button. I started doing them about a week ago.

I do my routine first thing in the morning when I wake up, whenever I get horny during the day, and my before I go to sleep at night.

I am seeing results.

If anything it is a great response to your sexual frustration when you want to whack off and look at porn.

I recommend it.

Also, I'd look into " bath rag lifts," Doing a 100 to start out (I can barely get to twenty before I go soft...yeah, I got a lot of work to do), and then gradually working your way up to 1000.

I am sure you will be impressing the ladies when you can throw a beach towel over your shoulders with your dick. It takes time though. (I'm shooting for the end of the year to accomplish this).

I've done them on the regular before a couple different times and results were substantial. Lasting longer, better erections, stronger orgasms. Comments were made by women I was banging on the regular during these times. Absolutely not hype.

Houston, I can't remember specifics, but essentially you want to flex the same muscles that you use to stop a piss mid-stream. It can be confusing trying to figure out if you're doing it right when you're not pissing, so next time you're taking a solid leak, start and stop it a few times to "remind" yourself how to consciously activate those muscles. Then replicate that action later on when you don't have a full bladder.

I'm not sure of actual routines anymore, but you can try just starting out by flexing the muscles for a quick hold and release. See how many reps you can get up to before it gets tired out. Take a break and do it again. Then just do this a few times a day, while at a stoplight or whatever, trying to up your count.

As they get stronger, try to make each rep a hold for five, ten, or twenty seconds or whatever. Or just see how long you can hold one rep for. Like any type of workout there's all kinds of different approaches. I think some of the more complicated exercises include not just clenching the muscle and releasing but also "pushing out," or mimicking what you do when forcefully renewing your piss if you had clenched mid-stream for long enough to lose the urge to piss (if that makes sense lol).

I'm sure you can find a ton of info online somewhere. Give it a week or two and I'm sure you'll see results.

Try 3 sets of 25 Quick kegals (fully squeezing the PC muscle and releasing it as fast as you can)

Followed by 3 sets of legals where you squeeze and hold for as many seconds as possible.

Rest a minute between each set, and each workout try to increase reps/holds.

Also, sometimes my dick gets a little sore from intense kegaling...like other muscles in your body, you might have better luck if you do it every other day rather than every day to allow your guy to rest.

I shoot a lot farther due to kegaling, and provide much bigger loads - girls comment on this so I'm 95% sure kegals work.

I used to hold kegels for up to ten minutes. You should visualize the energy being draw up your spine into your brain and then breathe it out down to your lower abdomen. Good chi circulation exercise and it's a good way to draw your sexual energy into other parts of your body.

^this physical therapist says that walking for hours (plural) a day is the most effective. She says dudes w/ Desk Jobs are effed. Your pelvic Organs actually end up collapsing. This is why as alot of people hit their 50s/60s, they start peeing/shitting themselves.

I remember doing Kegels when I was younger. Orgasms became more intense and the strength of my hardons improved as well. Would recommend. I think about doing them now and then but always seem to busy to do them.

I remember doing something like 3 sets of 8 every day. Then over time it became 3 sets of 10, 12... etc. Eventually I'd add a 4th set.
