Flu season in Florida

Hey Durango...If you're going to blend it why did you cut it with a knife?

I cut mine with a knife too. The smaller the pieces, the easier it is to blend. There is no need to make it so chunky, it's harder to chug when there are big bits, add more water and maybe use only a quarter of a lime, a quarter of a lemon, you can throw in a clove of garlic and one head of ginger too.

Flu season in Florida

Im in California. My joints ache, i have a mild hack-cough. Ive been like this for about a week.

Much better than before.

WIA- For most of men, our time being masters of our own fate, kings in our own castles is short. Even those of us in the game will eventually succumb to ease of servitude rather than deal with the malaise of solitude

Got me paranoid now... I did see some kid collapse at school Friday. Dude just hit the floor, started puking up some blood, and pissed himself.

Flu season in Florida

Whether or not you chose to have flu shots, this year you're especially likely to pick it up somewhere. Always drink lots of fluids, of course, and this is one of the most effective natural remedies I've seen. The top immune boosting and antiviral herbs and superfoods are garlic at #1, followed by capsaicin (hot peppers), oregano, onions, ginger (also helps calm the stomach and control nausea), and lemon juice. Don't forget your probiotics, vitamin D, and apple cider vinegar either! — with Magaly Nelson.

Sounds solid to me, though not sure about the pineapple. I'd substitute with a little dark grade mayple syrup and water.
