Depends on a) how much scratch you want to throw down and b) what type of vibe you guys are looking for. I've been best man four times now and after going to twice as many bachelor parties in Vegas, it seems like people fall into either high end or mid range. I'm going to assume it's for 6-8 guys:
For high end, the 2 room skylofts at MGM are a good choice. Huge space, personal butler, pickup at the airport with a Maybach or Bentley, all kinds of ridiculous stuff in the room, and it's not as expensive as you would think, $1500-$1800 a night depending on dates. Can sometimes significantly lower the cost and get more freebies included if you go through Virtuoso or Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts if one of you has an Amex Platinum card.
If you want to save a little money, the 2 bedroom suites at Planet Hollywood are actually quite decent, very sizable and I believe they run $800-$1000 a night. It doesn't have the "wow" factor of the Skylofts, but if your game is strong, I don't see why you can't overcome that. Hardrock has a similar vibe to PH, but it's definitely a little trashier. Never stayed at a suite there, but remember paying $29 for a room once.
As for clubs, I still think that Steve Wynn's joints have the lock for best overall talent and decor. XS and Surrender are where the hottest girls seem to congregate. Lots of people like Marquee, and even though they book the best EDM talent, I can't stand their setup inside. All kinds of stairs and funky little "rooms" with different DJ's.
For obvious reasons, clubs greatly prefer bachelorette parties to bachelor parties, so you're either going to have to go with one of those "$80 per person gets everyone to the front of the line" services or pay $600 per bottle with a $2k-$3k table minimum to get some real estate to sit at. I think that's just a ridiculous waste of money so I like to get to the club right when it opens, pay the stupid entry fee and then get my hand stamped and come back after gambling or eating, usually after midnight.
Also, if you're rolling with multiple guys, call the gentlemen's clubs directly. They'll send a limo for you for free and waive your entrance fees if you bring more than 6 people or so. It's always an old ass limo but it's hard to criticize a free ride and admission.
I seem to recall reading that MikeCF and Fisto were locals there. Them and other residents probably know all about this shit way more than I do, but that's my two cents.

Men,
My friend is unfortunately getting married, and I am the best man. I haven't been to Vegas in about 10 years.
A) What is the best hotel suite?
B) Best clubs? I know they change in Vegas all the time, so I didn't want to just look at the old forum posts.
I was looking online today at work, and I was feeling the Hard Rock. Is that a good choice?
Power out!
