supplements what do you take and where do you get them?

Currently I take creatine and protein powder.
I want to start taking fish oil and a multivitamin are there any suggestions?
I am baised in Japan so I get my supplements from iherb.com and bodybuilding.com

So what does everyone else take and where do you buy them from?

Believe it or not, I take NOTHING. I experimented with designer protein and creatine, but they always made me put on fat.
I stick with eggs, tuna, and steak.
If you are already overweight I don't recommmend taking any protein supplements...

Greek Yogurt from Trader Joe's is relatively cheap and allows you to use only 1/2 the normal protein shake serving if you blend it up with skim milk.
I agree with CaptainPower that traditional protein powders make me put on weight and I lose my sharp facial features with them. I just laid off the weightlifting for 3 months to let my shoulder heal up so now I'm Adam Levine skinny/ripped/sharp facial features. I am hoping as I ease back into my weightlifting that this "lighter" Greek Yogurt/protein shake will allow me to stay ripped while strategically adding muscle bulk to ONLY the areas I want (arms, back, legs, chest, shoulders) and leave my face/abs/neck alone.

I eat a balanced diet with reasonable portions. Portions are dependent on the amount of physical activity I do. If I work out more--I eat more. Work out less--eat less. I try to avoid processed foods.
If I have any "supplement" it's usually a protein shake as a meal replacement--not an adjunct. And, every few days I take a multi-vitamin. On days when I feel sluggish, I'll hit some Jack3d purchased from Amazon.com. That's it.

They did make a "new" formula of Jack3d... I forget what it's called (Jack3d Micro or something like that, I think), but it's not the same as the old shit. I may be buying old stock or something, but I still get the same old formula. Unfortunately, the only flavor they have now that I can find is Fruit Punch, not bad, but I liked Green Apple and Grape. Anyway, you can still buy it on Amazon.com. Not sure how long it's going to last.
It did get some bad press a while back and several stores stopped carrying it. The last 2 cans I got were bought at GNC and mailed to me from home. Original formula, so it's still out there.
Every time a new product comes out that kicks ass, some fat piece of shit that has never worked out in their life decides to use it and go run a 10K--inevitably, they die. Then all the rest of us that actually work out and could benefit from the occasional boost get punished because, since lawmakers can't ban idiotic fat fucks, they ban the supplement.
There were also rumors that it made you fail urinalysis, testing positive for amphetamines. Of course, since it was THE best selling supplement of all times, these rumors were invented by USPlabs competitors because they were getting blown out of the water. After that, the rumor was perpetuated by people who actually got busted for using amphetamines... "Oh, it must be the Jack3d." Yeah, whatthefuckever. I have literally been drinking Jack3d from a Nalgene bottle to make myself urinate for a piss test and never popped for anything.
I still buy it when I can and use it when I feel like it. It's a great product. I have never had a supplement pump me up more than Jack3d. I even take it in the field with me sometimes when I know I am going to go for long periods without sleep. Works like a charm.
Only thing comparable is No-Xplode and it has way too much sugar in it. Plus, after Jack3d, No-Xplode tastes like total shit to me these days.
My advice: never buy Jack3d again (so, it will still be available the next time I need some). lol!

I don't see how one scoop of whey protein isolate per day after a workout could cause any noticeable fat gain. Exercising 5 times per week, that's like an extra 1 gram of fat and 500 calories spread over 7 days. The fact of the matter is that the proteins and amino acids of meats and eggs are simply not as quickly available for the body to use as whey protein. Also much less convenient to carry a steak or tuna sandwich around in your gym bag.
Right now I take:
Multivitamin (Orange Triad, at the moment)
Ultra Omega 3 (NOW Foods)
Vitamin D3 (NOW Foods)
Gelatanized Maca (Navitas Naturals)
Whey Protein Isolate (NOW Foods)
pH Balanced Creatine Capsules (Kre-alkalyn EFX)
I get all of it from Amazon.

High strength fish oil 1tblsp (If I could only take on supplement this would be it)

AVO 6tblsp
6 raw eggs per day (the good cholesterol fills your balls out like crazy)
40r of Bcaa intrawork out with sugary drink (try this tip and watch your gains.
That's my antiaging/pro sex/heart/liver/brain/bodybuilding stack/

Hey Gmanifesto. First off, i'm a big fan of your blog. Out of all the players here, your's is the style of game that's most similar to mines.
As for the eggs, as long as they are pasteurised you have no problems with salmonella. Even unpasteurised eggs are ok, just make sure you wash the shells good and proper (that's where the salmonella sits, if there is any)
Just blend them in with your smoothie or protein shake bro. They are tasteless when taken like that and they actually improve the texture of the shake/smoothie. The cholesterol in the eggs increases your testosterone big time. Also, check out the nutrient profile of raw eggs, beats any multivitamin any day. Expect to notice bigger balls, more frequent horn and improved skin and hair quality with two weeks.

I've gotta thank you guys for putting me onto raw eggs. I started adding three to the big shake I was already taking daily and I already notice a huge difference. It doesn't effect the taste of my shake at all but my testosterone is through the roof. I'm ridiculously horny at all times and I literally cum twice as much...it's almost excessive at this point. Women already commented that I came a lot before, now it's shooting out like a cannon and ricocheting off shit onto my sheets and walls.

Glad to hear it bro. I have six raw eggs per day along with 6 tablespoons of olive divided between my two shakes. Add a table spoon of high strength fish oil and a healthy dose of zinc and you'll be a machine. Also great for your body modification and general health goals.
