I love Honey Almond Flax and Cinnamon Crumble whole-grain cereals from Kashi, which are delicious and healthy.

I usually eat them with either whole milk or greek yoghurt + peanut butter.

8oz milk, 8 oz water, a couple tbsp peanut butter, 2 big scoops protein powder, and maybe 1/8cup rolled oats. Blend 20-30 seconds. FUCKING YUM.

I alternative between 4 eggs (2 egg white only) mixed with spinach, onion and cheese with some added salsa for flavor. You can add a slice or two of multigrain toast if you need to get fuller. Or spread one with peanut butter.

Second item, non-fat greek yogurt (look for fage brand). Shit is really high in protein and you can add granola and blueberries. And if you want drizzle honey on top for some more superfood action.

Two eggs over easy on a roll with a slice of cheese and ketchup. Coffee. Sometimes fruit if its handy. Peaches, plums or bananas. Multivitamin and some L-Arginine.

Eggs mixed in with onion and red cabbage. Bacon is good for testosterone(but you gotta go to the gym shortly after eating otherwise u just store cholesterol). Olive oil for the eggs. Oatmeal is good too for the carbs. Eat variations of that daily, and combine with a fruit veggie smoothie and some morning vitamin supplements and you're good to go.

I transitioned from sugar cereals to Oatmeal.

I now have Oatmeal with semi skimmed milk, green tea and a protein shake in the morning.
