I don't know what the hell is happening in the world but I am running into a lot of sober Russian and ex-soviet block girls here in Vegas. At the most they may drink one or two drinks but that's it. Without being a little drunk these girls are cold and difficult to warm up. Usually, the hotter they are the less they are drinking. In contrast the ugly ones are getting completely wasted.

Anyone has any experience dealing with this?

From casual empiricism, in most cultures there's a negative correlation between the hotness of a given girl and her propensity to drink--it's a matter of the strength of the correlation.

The "good" (from educated professional families) Slavic girls I've known drank little to none. They are sensitized to the evil of booze like we are repulsed by fatness.

I've heard Russian lizards can hold their liquor. You might have to read some of the Russian threads and see what warms them up. They do take their time from my limited experience, their culture is not that one of bullshyt.

I know what warms them up, money and lots of it Like in VIP booths, expensive cars, expensive clothes, etc. She saw a Lamborgini and got more excited than anything I tried that night.
