What are some significant and conscious habits you've adopted that have made a LIFE-ALTERING impact upon the way you live?

It doesn't have to something grandiose as becoming your own boss or leaving the Anglosphere (although both should be on the top of any man's list to consider) -- for example, I can point out a few:

EROTICISM DURING SEX: Going from viewing sex as an Olympic gymnastics event to something that happens as much in the mind as the body (through fantasy creation and fulfillment) has not only spiced up my own enjoyment of sex, but it's made a lot of women absolutely ADDICTED to sleeping with me on a regular basis.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS: Boxing, Muay Thai, Grappling. It's made me humble, transformed my body, and satisfies something deeply masculine with a myself.

JUICING & BLENDING: Not 'roids. Veggies, fruits, wheat grass, coconut oil every day. Haven't had a cold since I started and gives me great energy, mental clarity, and a feeling of wellness.

BOOKS: I used to go through a book every 2-3 days. Stopped for a while, and it was like my brain was being starved. Started back up again and it's so much more fulfilling than wasting hours in front of the tube or even, the web.

How about you guys?

Like you, Martial Arts. I've been out of Krav Maga for a few years and I'm not in the shape I was, but from 2005-2010 I was regularly practicing and I was in the best shape of my life and it gave me a confidence boost that I could defend myself in a street situation.

Traveling to a country that pushes you out of you comfort zone. For me that was Bolivia. Bad food, altitude sickness, remoteness, cold, putrid bathrooms. It only lasted a few days the but the memories will be with me a lifetime and the photos and stories I can show girls when they sit on my couch has them intrigued. You haven't traveled until you've traveled to a place where you are VERY uncomfortable.

Working out: I've been working out for the past 7-8 years but most of it was a waste of fucking time. It's been a progression like:

Running
Pushups/Pullups
Convict
Cables
Stronglifts 5x5

If I could go back in time and push my scrawny ass to stop with the silly bullshit and just get straight into squats, deadlifts, bench, rows, overhead press...oh well better late than never. I feel like I've finally hit my prime and I'm 31. I see friends that I haven't seen in years and they're all grey in the beard and have massive guts. When I shave I can pass for 25.

Being Selfish and Brutally Honest: Okay okay I still lie to girls all the time, but when it comes to expressing my desires I'm balls out now. Like many former betas I always shamed myself for all the deviant shit that I wanted but was too scared to express. It never occured to me that many bitches want the same thing.

Applying game principals to real life: I had a job interview before my current job where the HR manager said, "You interviewed very...well, confidently." I showed up in a polo shirt and jeans in an office where my competition were all in suits and shit. I got the job, and then turned it down for something that paid more.

"...so I gave her an STD, and she STILL wanted to bang me."

2 camps of thought- freedom and maintenance.

Freedom- Living alone, making your own money, traveling around the world (and seeing abject poverty), realizing you could survive easily on 1-2k/month (in Asia you would live like a king).

Maintenance- Realizing you dont need alcohol to bang women, taking days off from women/partying, healhty food, supplements, gym.

Thailand was THE game-changer for me. Its swallowing a red-pill everyday and then one before you go to sleep. When girls will sleep with you because of air-con and because you "might" become their BF, it robs you of any illusions of love and women.

WIA- For most of men, our time being masters of our own fate, kings in our own castles is short. Even those of us in the game will eventually succumb to ease of servitude rather than deal with the malaise of solitude

Gym & travel. Gym makes you a go-getter (testosterone etc.), travel (alone) makes you more relaxed.
