Every time I go out things like these are happening, especially out of London.

One night I was walking a girl home and I wouldn't have sex with her, because she was very drunk.
Anyway, because I'm such a stallion, the girl starts crying her eyes out, sobbing in the middle of the street. Thinking my night can't get any worse, I start thinking of excuses to not bother getting her safely home. As I do, some guy comes out of his house and starts giving me shit for making this girl cry and telling her "She deserves better." I tell him to walk her the rest of the way home, and leave her crying on the floor.

Another time, I get a call from another girl at 1am saying, "Hey, come meet me at [bar close to my place]. I don't know how to get to yours." Thinking this'll be an easy repeat, I get dressed to go pick her up. In the time between me getting dressed and walking to the bar, one of her 'just friends for years' has made his move, and utterly failed. So instead of getting a booty call, I'm stood there watching this guy vomit all over the pavement and then proceed to tell me about how the world doesn't understand him, and hitting his head on the concrete floor to somehow demonstrate this. The girl won't leave with me because this guy might jmp in front of a bus or something, so I go home pissed off.

In true British fashion, both of these stories happened when it was raining heavily.

Anyway, those are two stories to demonstrate a point: Don't bother with super-drunk British people. In any other circumstance, these would have been sure-success stories, but when the girls/their friends are plastered, it simply isn't worth the effort. If you like night game, I'd suggest going early and leaving early ("Hey, we're going back to my place for drinks") Or, going out at last call and trying to find someone vaguely sober whose friends are hooking up.

Mostly though, high-quality girls don't go out on binges unless they're at uni, and they'll be the sober ones that need to excape whilst their warhogs annihilate their livers.

From where I am from, I grew up watching people walking drunk home while singing. it's not special at all. I am pretty sure you will get arrested for public intoxication in states.
