Date Lab: man is not quirky enough for DC princess

This Date Lab was different because the Post let her pick which guy she wanted to go out with. Of course, right off the bat, she wasn't satisfied with her selection.

Quote:Quote:

Claire: [Based on his profile] I think I [imagined] him as a Texan: broad shoulders, Wranglers, square jaw. And when I met him, he’s pretty D.C. He was pretty stylish, actually. Well groomed. He wasn’t my rugged Texan guy, that conception I brought into the date.It wasn’t a bad thing. It was just, I think, different than what I saw when I read the profiles.

The take-home from this, and other Date Labs, is that if you don't have the look she wants, you better have game. Our male dater seems pretty vanilla, so he failed the test.

Quote:Quote:

UPDATE: Ryan left a voice mail asking Claire on a second date, but she’s taking a pass. “I just didn’t sense a connection that would validate setting aside time to pursue something,” she says. “He’s a very lovely guy, but not for me.”

In a twist, Date Lab gives the hamster, I mean the woman, a chance to explain how she picked the wrong man.

Quote:Quote:

I don’t think that I would have chosen differently. I know why I chose Ryan, and it’s consistent with what I know about myself. And I think he fits with what I would have wanted in a blind date, and that’s someone who is able to have a great conversation, who is not overly full of himself but still is confident, and someone who is interesting and interested. Ryan was a solid date, just nothing magical, I guess.

And the kind of guy that this DC princess wants?

Quote:Quote:

Ryan’s not necessarily quirky enough for me. And maybe that’s part of my Oregon standpoint.I want someone who will go into the wilderness and write a poem and not talk to anybody and come back with a wolf for a pet.

She gets absolutely destroyed in the comments..

Haha. She wasn't cute but I think she could do better than him. Some guys are totally lame. He was too boring for her. I think an RVF guy would have had the ONS.

Bwahaha a wolf for a pet. Where do they even come up with this stuff? Notice in her profile how much she uses the word "I". That is a sure sign of a narssisistic bitch if you ask me. From his picture the guy looks like a genuinely warm fellow, as are most of the people from Texas that I have met. Unfortunately for the guys a nice, decent, well raised guy doesn't usually have the aggressive pimp hand to deal with bitches who want to run free with the wolves in the forest.

This chick is 27??

I wouldn't have been surprised if she was actually 40.

Roosh, you should offer a pro-bono siqned copy of one of your books to any forum member that scores a ONS from a Date Lab.

Agreed. She is perfect for the SNL/ONS Did you see this comment:

But she doesn't want to explore because her dates only get one chance to "win the prize".

I think her approach is like a high risk game where she has to be swept off of her feet; unfortunately, she will only be attracted to guys that are players who are well-practiced in their seduction routines. The guys who take a little time to come out of their shells would have no chance here.

What gets me about DC girls' attitudes is that they really don't have that much sexual market power. In Toronto, girls' attitudes are understandable (not justifiable, understandable) since the guys in Toronto are much more attractive, both physically and mentally, than the girls. In DC, when you do see couples they are usually tied in attractiveness or the girl is somewhat more attractive than the guy.

Spinster in the making.
She looks like 40. Her life is boring. She´s a delusional escapist, waiting for the Noble-Savage-Christian-Grey knight on a bike to rescue her from her meaningless existence. He won´t come. By the time she notices, she will be a bitter, barren cum dumpster. Welcome to reality.

She already went face first into the wall. She looks at least a decade older than what she really is.

If that broad is 27, I guess I'm a 4 year old asian girl.

I love how these DateLab broads want 12 men wrapped all into one guy. I want a guy who is adventurous but likes to stay home, that has tattoos but is a nice guy, he must be the smartest guy in the room but not smarter than me, he must be confident but not cocky, he must like the wilderness but live in the city. WHAT THE FUCK!!

Has there ever been a hot DateLab girl? The guys are usually better looking.

We really need a RVF member to sweep a DateLab bitch off her feet.

This female needs a pimp slap back into reality.

Bitch says she wants a man who:
-goes into the wild to write a poem
- somehow is able to tame a wolf in its
Own environment and bring it back.
- not talk to anybody?

In which universe has she seen such a man?

Why would a man who is capable of taming a wild wolf,
Want to date her?

You are a 27 year old average looking american woman
Living in D.C, what is exceptional about that?

What are you going to bring into that man's life that will
Make him wantto stick around?
Knowledge? Creativity? Mind blowing sex?
I don't think so.

The biggest impact of feminism on america is the introduction
Of the idea that a regular women, with absolutely nothing special
About her can marry a Rotschild just because she has a vagina.

I'd gladly take her side on this one [Image: evil.gif]. He's a big fat dope, and she isn't. Look at that big dopey smile, he's so happy to just be talking to her.

You could say that she's a hypocrite, that her words don't match her actions. But every time a woman she states what she wants in a man, the unstated assumption is that he can make her wet. "I want a guy who [can make me wet and] is quirky and has a kind soul." Once you internalize this, it shouldn't bother you at all that women speak in such code.

Getting mad at this is like getting mad that a commercial doesn't give you a balanced review of the product it's advertising. It's just not in the nature of the thing. Once you accept that you can't use an ad as impartial source, you don't care that the ad is biased, because you'll draw your conclusion without it.

Also, the Post is retarded for thinking that by forgoing photos for the selection process, that looks would cease to matter and romance would magically blossom.

Nothing she said should come as a surprise to us (especially DC guys). This girl is so easy to manipulate and play around with it's almost comical. I'm not saying I like her, or girls like her. But you have to accept the reality of your dating surroundings and adjust accordingly.

As for the guy? Come on bro. He is flat out lame and boring. Generic American guy to be found in any suburb anywhere. I think she was actually quite generous in calling him stylish and paid him some other compliments as well. This is the guy that will date the girls that we only consider for ONS.

Agreed as well. My sleight against her looks was not a free pass for him. He is pretty much a fat ass with a bland personality. Almost a typical one who has to rely on his humor to make up for his shortcomings(at controlling his portions). The type of guy that us on here know is a non success with women. In that picture is a gracious to be on a date with what appears to be the wicked witch of the west.

From both of their descriptions of the date, it sounded like it was a good match...that it worked. Oddly enough, Ryan's friend described him as quirky on the wedding website, so it's always interesting how each individual interprets another person's personality. This actually was a great match, except he didn't have that thing that made her wet. Of course, the man she describes as being right for her is straight out of a romance novel, but that's par for the course. She needs a guy that's a quirky, intellectual caveman...

We already know what man she wants to ride next on the cock carousel. She wants "Tex". An idea of a guy, not the real thing. Read this quote from Claire:

"ave been the adventuresome ones. I’m a pretty analytical, grounded, cerebral girl, so I value having someone in my life who makes me go out of my little brain-shell. I took up motorcycling one summer and surfing another ...
all because of who I chose to date.
That’s a big deal to me. I want someone who is determined and energetic — a sort of devil-may-care. He also has to be quirky. A streak of weirdness is an [incredible] asset when it comes to daily conversations or boring bars."

She is boring. She has no personality of her own. She lives vicariously through the men she dates. How do you take up surfing for a summer? You surf or you don't! How do you take up motorcycling for a summer? She is some random girl from the Pacific NW studying Literature in DC. She has already banged "the surfer guy", the "motorcycle guy" and who knows how many other "characters" in her own personal novel. We learn everything we need to know about her in a few paragraphs that take 90 seconds to read. She wants to bang Matthew McConaughey now. What will the next flavor be?

Another money quote from Claire:

Claire: Incredibly high. I love meeting people on the Metro.

As been said before: Only outgoing players may apply to her "1 date + fit into some character stereotype + use me a cumdupster" dating life.

She most likely didn't go surfing/motorcycling with the man she was doing at the time. She probably realized he was slipping through her fingers, and so decided to pick up his interests to make him happy. She probably started to see the contours of the wall at 23-24 already.

Chances are, she found some beta man to teach her these things.

***--That has already been done with Gmac in the first DateLab thread that Roosh posted. In the thread the woman went on a date with a guy named Scott, a RooshV reader, who had been coached by Roosh. We found out later on that Gmac had actually fucked her about a year prior to the DateLab date.

Wow. She definitely looks older than her age. It's not just her face, but her entire ambiance is of an older woman.

She looks like a 27 year old not of today but of Victorian times, when she would already be considered a spinster.

By contrast, the guy looks very young. Imagine the two in five years.

Grad students are terrible. They think they are the shit since they're the biggest students on campus, and if they're not a phd grad student, have not had the opportunity to be shit on by work. She also looks really old, like she could be his mom old.

That said, the guy is a dork. That smile is burning my eyes.
