I sure hope your 3rd post and onward offer more value than your this one.

Beyond All Seas

"The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe.
To be your own man is a hard business. If you try it, you'll be lonely often, and sometimes
frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself." - Kipling

The March edition of Harpers had an article that delves into fasting and its positive effects. The author completed his own 20 day fast in the process, knocking off like 15 pounds in the process.

Its a fascinating concept, but one I could never try save for final desperation.

The guy drops some serious non-mainstream training knowledge, all of which is backed up by scientific studies.

I only do this on weekends. It works but I would never be able to get enough calories fasting during the week.
