agreed, personally I found San Pedro Sula, Dzerinsk and Prypiat the only ones where living would be like hell but I could think of a million different cities much worse than the likes of BKK, Sao Paolo and Tokyo. What would be interesting is if someone could make a list of the worst cities for players. It would have to be someone well-traveled of course. I'm sure a lot of 'shitholes' would rank a lot better than some developed cities. Think Santo Domingo vs Toronto. Think Manila vs Hong Kong, etc.
