My (recent) three are:

Spearmint Rhino, Las Vegas. Update: Literally 200 girls working at time. It is the kind of place where you wish you could clone yourself. Many don't have the typical "exotic dancer" look. A real feast for the senses.

Ciprianis, New York City (during fashion week so it could be skewed). Update: Models. High end broads. And more Models.

Hard pressed for a third right now. I want to say somewhere in Cartagena, but I was mostly street gaming and no one spot was unreal.

Update:

I got my third. Hugo's Lounge in Sydney. Super hot girls in cocktail attire and high heels. Nice and wild too. Lots of behind the scenes scallywag behavior.

G Daugavpils is one of the poorest region of EU. Because Riga sucked so much we decided to visit the second largest city in Latvia and took the train from Riga to Daugavpils.
Daugavpils sucks also big time but for different reasons. It´s a shithole. It´s a complete dump with nothing to see or do.

Almost nobody spoke english. We would just point out for the food we wanted in the resturant. The only club was Banzai. It was located in Atputas center. I kept the entrance ticket on my wallet so I know exactly the date I was there 02.06.2008.

On the way to the club a group of three latvians throwed us a bottle of beer, from the other side of the street.

The club is situated on a shopping mall. It´s by no means a cool place to go in termos of music or ambiance, except for the ladies.
There´s a big dance floor with shitty russian disco music and a smaller dance floor with more latin music mixed with russian, also awful.

The big dance floor was half empty, but the smaller was full, I mean full of babes. The ratio was 90% girls (i´m not exagerating). And the competition some chumps with zero style.
Girls reminded me of russian girls, beautiful and dancing like they have a strip pole in their hands. Insanely hot.

This chicks are making out with with each other cause there´s no guys to fulfill their needs.

A bottle of cheap Champagne costed something like 6 euros. A bottle of Absynth 10 euros. So me and my homies felt like rock stars. Poping botles of champagne. We eventually asked a botle of Absyinth. We were three guys so it completely fucked us up. I´m making out with one hot, hot babe and a bouncer comes and tells me a friend of mine as been kicked out cause he was caught talking with the owner´s girlfriend.

I go out and tell the Latvian chick to wait for me. So my friend who was talking with the owner´s girlfriend is completely drunk at one point he falls flat on the pavement. Eventually gets his senses back, looks around and starts running like a scared crazy man.

By then I can see this beautiful latvian chick still waiting for me at the entrance. Of course I wanna get in again, but bouncers don´t feel the same way, so I start a fight with them. I mean I get a punch on the face and fall also on the pavement.

Next thing I remenber waking up next to my own puke on a bus back to Riga.

From what the other guy that was with us told, people from the club called the police, that after searching and finding the drunk dude pissing on a Mercedes and screaming to the Latvian police "come and get me" with his dick on his hands, escorted us to the bus station and waited till we entered the bus to be sure we would leave the city and not returning in the near future.

G although it was the best concentration of hot babes I ever saw in a club, I wouldn´t recommend going to this club. Although with less ratio of hot babes, there´s much much better clubs in better places. But the thread is not about best clubs globally speaking.

Shore Club, back when it was new and cool, is probably number 1 on my list. i remember walking thru there for the first time and being in complete awe

The Spearmint Rhino is unreal.. it's like something out of a movie. So many hot girls for every taste it's almost too many choices, but if you see a girl you want a dance from better move fast cause you might not see her again for hours. Also the drinks there are pretty decent and the waitresses aren't on you every second to get a new one. When I was there last year I didn't actually get a dance, but bought my Girlfriend at the time six, she ended up making out with her dancer and getting her number..that was a good night.
If you plan on going to the Rhino call their free Limo number, the Limo takes you there and waves the cover charge, so your just stuck paying a cab or walking on the way back.

Rick's in Seattle is or at least WAS pretty decent..the city council has been trying to close Rick's for years but I hear a lot of SPD Officers have "girlfriends" there. Until I went to the Rhino Rick's had been tops.

Last year the club Moon at the top of the Palms had a high number of hotties, but it was pretty new then, maybe it's not as hot now.

That's a good call, I was going to include something from Miami Beach but most are from a while back like Level, Liquid etc.

I actually think shore club is going into foreclosure.

I was with more 5 guys. We divided by pairs and entered with no problems. This club had insane girls, great music, nice ambiance, I highly recommend going there on a sunday. I bumper kissed one hot chick. But the bitch was more of a teaser. I did the Vicky Cristina Barcelona moove on another one, she said her eyes were green turned away and continued to keep talking to her friend. Lololol too bad I don´t have a plane.
I was there last June so I don´t know how things are now.

Very good. The girls you see cycling on the streets are hot, really hot. Nightlife quality lowers a bit.
On a comparation to EE girls I think Cope chicks were more classy.
As I visit more and more cities and countries it´s getting harder to know wich are the best ones (EE girls, Brazil girls, Nordic girls). Cope is a nice city to visit and maybe live if it wasn´t for the winters and high cost of living...
There´s nothing monumental, but in overall it´s a place to see.
I´m going to Oslo w/ Quasi in the near future. Still no dates, but in the next three months.

Back to Cope the nighlife is dispersed. We rented bikes so going one place to the other was tiring.
I think you have to bet strong on daygame cause girls are very open on talking to you.

Btw I have a friend that is taking a pilot course which uses this opener:
