Anyone been doing it?

I did the Daily WOD on their page yesterday - it was murder.

I've decided to hit it 3x a week alongside my weight training this winter, it is ridiculously tough.

Hoping that I'll see some decent gains if I keep my nutrition mostly clean with 2-300gs of protein. I'll be reading up on Mike's juicing thread and keep taking vitamin supplements. That and lots and lots of studying should keep me plenty busy till next summer.

A year from now you'll wish you started today
