I want to Sare my experience on how Not Fapping and plus Not Valueing Sex with a Girl to High actualy helped me achieve a higher Quality of Life and become more Productive and Inplementing Habits that make and keep my Succesful in the places I choose to be Succesful.

I decreased my Social Circle to 2-4 Good Friends so that I cane focuss more on learning how to Turn 1 $ into 10 i Thought if I cane do that I cane do what ever the fuck I want Financially.
I masturbated at that Time but I didn't do it often and when I did it Moved back back into my lazy Self I sometimes Even feeled depressd After doing it. I learned that you Need to be focussed and driven to achieve Something.
