I like how he teases those ladies like a naive little sister. He throws sexual innuendos in a very subtle way which doesn't offend them but laugh.

There are a lot to learn and I can see guys taking advantage of his style.
BUT, I don't think a regular guy with the same amount of humor will get the same result. He obviously has the higher status as a host and those ladies will have to work with his humor since they are in front of cameras and audiences.

I think it can accelerate the attraction once she had some interest in you though.

Im a big fan of this type of humor. I use it often but is indeed hard to pull of out of the blue. It only works on females whom know my MO and know what Kosko is about. I can pull this shit off in social circle setting since the broad will of herd that I am a funny dude prior which gives a lot of rope to play with.

The accent helps him though, people underestimate how "refined" Brits sound.

Imagine Kimmel or Leno talking like that.

Kimmel would sound to much like a clown and Leno would sound like a creep. He has the gift of being able to push the envelope while still keeping a refined swagger to shield himself from a girl thinking he's a creep.

The brunette two minutes in is absolutely stunning, but her voice and lack of femininity overall was such a letdown. Of course, wasn't long 'til she said 'awkward' or 'creepy.'

He's a little bit too jokey for my tastes. I like more of a dark, acerbic, even paternalist game, with more push/pull and sexual polarity. More muted expressions and silent, slow tension. A little like this:
