I'm very picky about who I tip and most of the time don't bother. I won't tip a girl just because she's hot, the same as I wouldn't compliment her just for being hot. That's not something she can control.

I tip the service. If an ugly chick is serving me at a table in a restaurant but she is clearly making the effort in investing time with me as a customer to make sure everything is okay and that I'm having a good time in the restaurant, she'll get a tip. If a fit bird takes my order, comes up later and asks how everything is (standard protocol) with a smile and walks away then gets my bill, she won't get a tip. The ones that get a tip are the ones that go beyond what their standard job is. Being fit and smiling at me when you come over to do your job doesn't earn you more of my money.

The amount of chumps that fall for that shit is sickening. A pretty girl smiles at them and they think she's in love with them so they will throw the contents of their wallets at her. Horrifying.

Tipping is ridiculous. They're already being paid to serve me, and I'm expected to pay again? I have no problem with a compulsory service charge (given a corresponding decrease in the price of the meal), but otherwise a voluntary payment is unfair on the employees that dont get it for providing the same service. Remember that the reasons most people tip staff often has little to do with the quality of the services actually rendered (hotness of the waitress for example).

I admit that 99% is an exaggeration, but unless you live in the UK or some other place famous for horrid genetics, replace it with the term "the vast majority" and that's it. Perhaps I'm biased because I live in Croatia, for which Roosh too can agree that has incredible genetics, but still.

A girl doesn't have to be model-looking to get enormous amounts of favors, money, gifts, special treatment like the ones described in this thread. She just has to be "cute", "bangable" or whatnot. And I still think that a vast majority of girls are like that naturally, unless they put in a lot of effort into getting fat or mutilating themselves with skrillex/piercings/tattoos.

Being pretty (or cute, bangable, etc.) is pretty much the sole purpose of female genetics. Wouldn't it be weird if most of them didn't end up like that?

Being alpha is pretty much the sike purpose of male genetics, wouldn't it be wierd if most of them didn't end up like that?

Fair enough, but damn - did it bother you when your help got good tips? I never understood why someone making more money than they "should" bothered people so much - I'm not trying to troll you here, but it really seems like a scarcity mindset to me. It surprises me coming from an entrepreneur.

Who cares if these people have found a niche and are raking it in?

I'd still argue the work is unsustainable as a career - and the lack of benefits takes a chunk out of their cash if they even bother. If they don't bother, they go without, which puts them at a real risk. Not to mention paying taxes (though I'll admit most don't claim unless their bosses make it a priority after every shift).

In any event, when I see people making good cash, especially when they've found a way to make it easier and quicker than they would otherwise, more power to them, I say.

that's not his job he is a tree surgeon, he was estimating based on an English style pub he goes into that has one barman who throws his tips on he bar behind and leaves them there till the end of he night, he thinks there is a minimum 250 there every day.

So it was a guy too - it's not just hot women making that kind of cash after all?
