I do not buy Midnightrunner either. 2nd tier citys are just as good. Kgirls are awesome and easily bangable. Also, runner shows his true intentions by letting the word foriegner drop too many times. My guess is he is a Korean dude insecure about his inability to get ktail, or he is a kchick.

How easy is it to pull other foreigners in Korea i.e. other westerners and SEA girls living over there?

Anyone do this?

Koreancupid is the big one. Depending on where you are you can meet girls on OkCupid, POF, and Badoo, but those are typically used by foreigners, not Koreans.

I haven't got my phone yet, so I'm not sure what the deal with Tinder and shit is.

I haven't banged another foreigner yet, but it seems easier than getting a local. There's a bad ratio of Western men to women though, and most of the women are disgusting. I work with three of them, they're all in the 2-4 range, fucking disgusting.

I know different parts of the country have lots of South-East Asian girls working in bars, but I'm not sure how pulling them is.

Thanks! I also used Korean Cupid. And Skout. Haven't been on the former in a while now- felt like it wasn't worth it when outside the Seoul area.

Skout is free so every thirsty beta will be spam texting every girl, many of whom are just attention whoring. Those are usually pretty easy to spot- don't bother. Said thirsty betas have terrible profiles and pictures and usually just disqualify themselves. I always ask the girls for their Kakao Talk info after a few messages back and forth, saying that the ads are annoying as hell (they really are!)

From what I saw when I was there is that there are quite a few bars employing Russian girls who don't really like Korean guys that much. So, if you can find those bars that are away from the US military bases, I imagine those girls will be receptive to hanging out with non-Korean guys.

Absolutely boggles my mind the degree of contradiction on Korea. Bizarre. You couldn't exaggerate it any more if you were trying to parody it.

I have read 4 different guys, all who claim the same stats: around 6'2, light haired, slim, good face, who have claimed 2-to-2:
"korea hell on earth for getting pussy", and "good looking korean girls are easily bangable". I have also read a smattering of other guys (stats unknown) who both said it was hard, and not hard.

This is ridiculous. I've never seen such extremes in opinion reported anywhere.

Sylo can I please ask, the girls you banged - how drunk were they when you pulled them? I ask prompted by something another guy said about his experience.

Sylo your thread was good but after reading I think you downplayed how much preselection leverage you had. Not to take anything away from your thread or your game, but Booshala's sheet is simply more accurate of what the majority of us, especially those lacking knowledge or experience in Korea are likely to expect on the ground.

That said it's far better than Midnightrunner's take which is, as others have pointed out, way too long and bitter to be taken seriously, especially since we've not seen a post from him since.

Something that you guys here have emphasized that I neglected to in my last post is to not be aloof. Just want to support that idea- doing so is the easiest way to shoot yourself in the foot. Keep on top of the texts. I did say that Roosh's text guide is reliable but excepting one point... Don't take longer to answer. Sure it's obvious her interest is low when she takes forever to respond but that's going to be the case with a lot of girls here. They’re getting bombarded by the local men, so just send your texts, and send them punctually. Catch her in that horny moment and strike while the iron is hot. You already filter out most of the noise if you're a well put together foreigner, but if you wait too long (and this is from A LOT of personal experience,) you will unapologetically get nexted.

I've pulled some good looking girls/arm candy for sure, but I've pulled more busted girls than I should've[Image: undecided.gif] Most Korean guys don’t bother with busted girls cause if they don't pull their own pork or exercise an enviable level of patience, they go to booking (Korean style) clubs, pool their cash and get p4p talent for about 2/3rds or less of what a foreigner will pay. If you're at all knowledgeable about game, or leveraging something, you WILL get attention. A lot of this attention will be from girls you'll want nothing to do with. The more foreigners give attention to bottom bishes, the more they will feel empowered to demand better. Whatever it is you have to do, don't pick low hanging fruit.

Put the rejections you face in Korea on top of the xenophobia (social rejections,) the gawking/mean mugging, shoving, spitting and fake friendliness (a common cockblock technique for local men against foreigners when out on the pull,) with someone who supposedly had no problem pulling where he came from, then you'll get someone like Midnightrunner, assuming he's not just a troll. Take all of that and if you power through it with indifference you probably get someone like sylo. I was really bitter too, but tried to edit my writing to simply focus on how I got laid.

Entering Korea as a foreigner is like when Cobb invaded peoples dreams in the movie Inception- not exactly the scene where Fischer had military-grade defense in his head (haha) but it's a clear and palpable tension. To be fair, a lot of what you'll have to go through is what the locals deal with too. Koreans say 우리 나라 (our country) all the time...

But master Confucius sayeth:

"Korean or not, if I don't know you/you're not in my social circle, then you're irrelevant and I can walk into you/ blow cigarette smoke at you/ spit in your direction without excusing myself."

If you do not have a thick skin to both rejection and the general rudeness mentioned above... [Image: confused.gif]

So... news is.. Im in korea now.
Traveling around doing a little work in the south.. so more than likely.. Im gonna be moving in to an apartment here in Daegu in the next week.

Is anyone down here?

Haha.. game aside.. I need to find some korean friends to just tell me what Im buying at the grocery store.
I have no idea what 90 percent of shit is.
Today I accidentally bought rice wine, thinking it was milk.
and some tea that taste like it was brewed from peanuts, when I thought it was normal unsweatened tea.
The average korean seems to speak damn near no english a all and hand signals dont help much..
At least I can put a smile on their faces when I say thank you in korean.

Looks like a prime time to pull these suit out though

Haha ya, I remember destincly my first grocery store!

Well, regarding the drunkness. Most of my Kgirl lays were relatively sober (them, not me. I drink like a fish, always) There were a few particularly drunk ones (CONSENSUAL) but the relating factor is that they were out late with only one other friend who was a girl and in a non-judemental mood.

Every one of the foriegner girls (Lots of Irish, Americans, Canadians, and brits here) was a ONS, SNL and they were the most drunk. The foriegn girls drink a lot and also do not find Kdudes attractive, so the dynamic is really awesome if your having a dry spell. There is always a couple willing foriegners a night, at least.

Also yes, I can take a 100 'no's before a yes a night if I have too, so you must be able to go through the learning curve if you want hot kgirls. They are quality looking for quality.

Alright.
mini update.. Im not living in Daegu even though the city has size and more stuff to do..
I decided to live further out closer to work.
after the math.. I don't wanna be driving so much on korean roads
Everyone is a great driver..kinda.
I dont see many crashes.. but no one seems to follow the rules of the road that I know. Its a get in where you fit in area..people go over curbs... try to fit two cars in alleys...park wherever they feel like it

lots of cars have little fender bender spots.
Plus.. I would be paying tolls back and forth

I got up early and spent the day in Daegu though.
There is a massive language barrier.
My Korean goes as far as "hello" "Thank you"
And it must just be my luck. that I cant find any Koreans that can tell me more than the price of the things they want to sell me.

I even went down by the National University.. and still..didn't run into anyone that could speak some English.

Does day game exist here?
I don't see it anywhere...
I made an attempt...at getting directions.
But the only viable phrase is.. do you speak english. The answer is almost always no.

The only interest I get are.. aging english teachers...

So mini update. Only a couple days shy of a month

I got my first Korean jay.
Little 5'1 shop worker.
Met over skout app.
We talked for for a week cause I wanted to make sure she was real.. Her pictures were a little to attractive and she was sketchy.
But she met me near my place late at night and we walked to the block.
Watched maybe twenty minutes of a movie before we started fucking

She had nice tits but absolutely no ass.
The sex was OK.. Her head game was crazy.. Those tiny hands she mouth.
She sucked two nuts out..

I just moved into a new place, so I have stuff unorganized.
She was kinda mad when I told her she couldn't spend the night.. But I wasn't trying to take any chance of something going missing.

On another note, I willsay that I haven't actually broken any barriers here in South Korea because I still can't understand or speak the language. the girl that I met happen to speak English really well and I could tell that she had probably met a lot of other English speakers also. which probably made getting the bang a whole lot easier than if I would have met somebody that didn't speak English as well.

I have been exploring the nearby cities in the night life a little more though and there's some interesting things to do but unfortunately all the places that are well known.are usually where a lot of American soldiers or busted English teacher is also a go.

another Korean girl that I met they could speak English pretty well told me that she likes to go to the smaller cities to party because she knows it downtown in the city's where there are american bases are full of rowdy soldiers.
It's sad that soldiers often ruin things. But they also bring in a lot of money.

I've got dates lined up with two other chicks.. But honestly.. I kinda just wanna hop on trains and explore things for the weekend.

Considering I'm not particularly interested in Korean girls.. In Hungary, I couldn't stop turning my head for girls.

Here, in more interested in what's in these random shops and what food I can eat.

I work early to late, so.. I'm trying to figure out how to plan trips.

Maybe even visit another country for the weekend.

Does anyone know any interesting things to do in Korea?

PS. I'm planning a trip to the DMZ soon

During my year of living in Korea, my hangout bar was also the hangout bar for several Korean Air Force officers. I would sometimes bring my LonelyPlanet Korea guidebook into the bar and ask them about what certain places were like, because I was trying to find something to do on the weekends.

To my surprise, they would usually try to dissuade me from going to any of the places in the guidebook. They said all the national parks were crappy, the buddhist temples were run-down, the museums were stupid, the ancient ruins were boring, the smaller towns were barren wastelands, etc. They talked me out of going to a lot of places. Looking back on it now, I should have ignored them and done it anyway. I think they were telling me that stuff because that truly was their opinion of those sites. They just wanted to go to Seoul, drink, and try to fuck the girls in their social circle or through arranged dates.

One thing I did experience is that if you travel into the country away from the military base to small-to-medium sized towns, the older people will be really nice to you. They'll invite you out to eat or drink with them. If you carry yourself well, they may try to introduce you to their young female relatives. One problem is that most of the girls try to get the fuck out of their town and to Seoul or one of the other big cities as soon as they can. Korean pimps go to the small towns and recruit the poor girls who are left to come to the big city and work in room salons or tea houses (I know this because I was friends with a Korean woman who was a brothel recruiter and she told me all about it). So, if you travel out in the country you may not see hardly any available women, but I think you'll still have a great time since you seem to have a good attitude about it.

Daygame is huge in Korea. Even the Korean guys do it a considerable amount.

Go to Gangnam Station in Seoul.

Also, "do you speak English" is a horrible opener and will only work if the girl is SUPER into you. They hear this from foreigners literally every day of the week.

Go with direction openers or something more original.

I've never met a guy who didn't like Korean girls once they had been with even just a few of them. You need to either put more effort in or make an exit plan. If you're not willing to even try learning Korean then there's no point to stay. Girls don't care about how well you speak, what matters is that you make an effort. Korea isn't some third-world country, they demand respect for their culture. You get what you give.

Sorry if I come off as a douche in this post.

Where exactly are you staying in korea?

I don't see why asking if they speak English/ you look like you speak English, is a bad opener.
Both that and the "pet shop" openers work perfectly fine.

I actually find that.. Asking directions only leads to Koreans trying and failing.

Do all these busted English teachers suck at their jobs?
In many European countries, if you ask someone something in English and they attempt... Their grasp of the language is OK.

Koreans.. Barely anything but confused looks.

* If you have to apologize that you come off as a douche. It's because you know it does.

But I'm gonna move past that.

I've traveled a lot, I know what I like. I've said before that Asians have never even been in my radar.
I didn't say that I don't care to learn the language. I mentioned that i learn a bit of the countries language to make getting around easier.
The very basics might make people more willing to help you... But if you can't hold a conversation, you're still not find go far if they aren't into you to begin with.

I've already seen and heard of a few couples where a guy marries a Korean woman and neither can speak each others language.
Sounds like a future failed marriage.

Truth is.. Every country is proud of their culture, third world or not.
But the average person that does not become a long term resident, will probably not speak the language.

I work/travel between daegu and some smaller surrounding cities.

This is a bad opener because this is what EVERY foreign guy opens with.

Honestly I've never been to Daegu but pretty much everyone agrees that Seoul is where it's at in Korea. Half of the country is in Seoul and there are hot girls and amazing nightlife for days.

Sounds like your current logistics are working against you more than anything else. Might wanna lock down a regular and just make her your GF if you're gonna be there for a good amount of time.

I guess what I'm saying is that if you are willing to swallow your pride and make an effort to integrate into the culture around you, you will have an amazing time. If you aren't, you will hate it. I knew guys like that and they didn't last longer than 3 months in Korea.

There are fundamental things that are working against you here:

Koreans hate talking to strangers. They find the way westerners strike up chit-chat with someone they don't know to be bizarre.

Koreans are FAR more receptive to foreigners that make an attempt to integrate themselves into the local culture. Girls are far more interested if you make pathetic attempts to speak in Korean vs. continually asking if they speak English while they're in a Korean-speaking country. Consider it from their perspective.

Seoul is truly where it's at. Go in, go to Itaewon (stay the fuck away from Gangnam where hot Korean girls are looking for $$ not looks) and find some slightly westernized Korean girls that like to practice their English or show off to their friends. You'll find your luck will go off the charts then.

No worries brother. At least in Seoul you can get away with speaking mostly English. However, anywhere outside of the English speaking districts there or in the provinces, you'll have a much harder time meeting girls if they're intimidated or embarrassed by their inability to speak. I'm only suggesting you learn because it'll open up the possibilities of game to another level.

Actually, I'd say half the girls I banged, I wouldn't have banged if it weren't for Korean. I've gamed in other countries and pulled girls speaking English without much problem. Korea is different.

Quote:Quote:

This guy knows what he's talking about. If you don't listen to me you should at least listen to him.

If you know 10 words in Korean, you should start opening in Korean. Girls think it's cute when you sound like a retard in their native language. Don't ask me why, but Korean girls love this.

After this, you can talk to them in English because they are comfortable now.

The truth is that Koreans know English well but they pretend like they don't because they are annoyed by foreigners who expect them to speak English back to them when the foreigner doesn't know any Korean. I've met so many girls who told me they didn't speak English. After we start talking, I find out that they spent half of their life in Canada and are fluent in English. This is how Korean people are.

All I recommend is spend 10 hours learning the language and then go practice it when talking to girls. If you actually do that, you will thank me profusely.

If not, you'll keep posting on here about how Korean girls are not hot (LOL).

DMZ is boring and not worth it imo. Temples are usually pretty lame too.

Definitely take a trip to Busan and go to Haeundae and Gwangali beaches. Also, go to a Korean sauna (jimjilbang) if you haven't been yet.

Make some Korean guy friends and get drunk with them. These are probably the only cultural experiences worth doing.

I've lived in Seoul for a year myself (exchange student), and imo a trip to the DMZ is worth it as long as the tour includes a stop at the blue border houses in Panmunjom, the atmosphere there is electric.

Otherwise I pretty much agree with rungoodinc, jjimjilbangs are nice and getting drunk on cheap soju and somek with some locals can be fun. Regarding Busan the beaches are ok, but as the locals are piss poor swimmers they ban swimming even before the waves get anywhere close to what we would deem dangerous in the west.

What I did myself to find Korean girls who spoke English was to go the online route, as cold approaching girls did not seem to be effective at all. At the time I didn't realize how far I could have gotten with the basic Korean I knew though, so I don't have any experience of opening girls in Korean.

I notice that the way Korean is written compared to how people talk is different.
aka.. formal/nonformal/slang.

Example.
I notice younger people pass each other in the street and say anyong instead of anyonghaseyo
less formal way of saying hello ect.

What ten words/phrases would you say are most essential in getting around
