Also how do people here define "the wall"? For me it means when age starts taking visibly unattractive and mostly irreversible tolls on face and body, which for most women doesn't seriously start to become noticeable until the mid to late 30s, regardless of whether the 22 year old version of a woman will obviously in nearly all cases look younger and prettier than her 32 year old self.

A 27 year old women who gains 30 kg hasn't hit the wall as far as I'm concerned (not thinking of the example above specifically, Amber Tamblyn is older than that anyway), she's just a slob. And it's a fixable issue if she has the willpower and inclination.

Anne Hathaway is already losing movie roles to younger actors

http://www.news.com.au/entertainment/mov...7512389351

AT 32, Anne Hathaway has landed roles in some of the biggest films we’ve seen in recent years, but she says she’s already feeling the sting of getting old in Hollywood.

In an interview with Glamour UK, the Bride Wars star opened up about what it’s like to be at the older end of the age spectrum in Tinseltown.

“I can’t complain about it because I benefited from it,” she admits. “When I was in my early 20s, parts would be written for women in their 50s and I would get them. And now I’m in my early 30s and I’m like, ‘Why did that 24-year-old get that part?’”

A woman has hit the wall when she was formerly sexually attractive usually a 7+ and an eager WB and transforms to a WNB.

There is no exact age associated with it.

For most U.S. white women you can see it clearly coming around 27.

It usually really hits on average by 33 or so for many, though a good portion make it to the late 30s.... a minority.

The physical aspect is really skin.

How much healthy eating, moisturizing, staying thin, firm, using little make up vs. tanning, processed foods, getting fat with stretch marks, loose skin, bad skin, too much make up, smoking, drinking, bad sleep, drugs.

Aaaaand that's about it. When you start appearing on covers of weight loss magazines in fat women's undies and a shirt that hides your hips, the clay has met the face.

Of course, the MSM doubles down by screaming that she has a killer body:

Check out the title of the article. At least her hair is getting larger. Maybe that will influence more impressionable young women to grow their hair out.

Maybe she should grow her hair back. Seriously. After Les Miserables it was like she forgot how to be feminine.

At least she can admit she benefited when she was younger and getting all the roles

So she's going for the Anne Hathaway "is it a short haired 30 something woman or a 9 year old boy?" look?

Anothe thought on the Kate Mara pics.... Notice the difference in her smile between the two sets. With long hair, she has a warm smile that says "I'm enjoying life". The smile is even visible in her eyes. A very inviting look.

With the short hair, she has a rigid, lifeless form to her mouth. The classic "fuck off" face. The light is gone from her eyes too. Makes you wonder if she recently broke up or a parent died or something.

While she's not doing too badly for 47 (prob. with the aid of surgery).
Here's the trick to Alpha fucks / Beta bucks, divorce, return to
the 'hobby horse', Gillian.
It's only works when you have a new guy lined up, as opposed to
expecting a third "prince charming" to simply fall out of the sky.

Gillian Anderson on why she struggles to find a man

http://www.news.com.au/entertainment/cel...3902157c7f

US actress Gillian Anderson admits she struggles when it comes to finding love because she
never gets to meet any eligible men.

The X-Files star has been a single woman since splitting from businessman Mark Griffiths,
her partner of six years and father of her two sons Oscar and Felix, in 2012.

Although insisting she is “content” to be on her own, the 47-year-old admits she would love some
romance in her life but never gets the chance because she doesn’t cross paths with any potential suitors.

I think we called her a wall survivor in another thread (based on recent photos)? I guess the right lighting and angles can make a difference.

Still looking forward to the new X-Files episodes in a few weeks.

How long until we have widespread "Commitment Hookers," young charming men who simply keep old women company in exchange for the cash and prizes they won in their divorce when they weren't "Haaaapppy".

Finding ways to get resources back from women who took it from other men in divorce. . .

That would be a "Top That Motherfuckers" moment

It's a strange thing. I knew this woman who was in her mid 30s. When I first met her she was a cute mid 30s chick. Not a lot to write home about, but she looked somewhat similar to herself in her 20s.

Over the course of three months , she slowly went from being young looking to looking like a grandma. It was startling and I remember making a comment about it to my friend who also remarked about the immediate change.

It was very night/day sudden change too.
