Just to add, it's fucking retarded that it should be that easy to send messages to all contacts. That's just terrible design. There should be a dialogue that requires you to complete a captcha or something before you do that (with the dialogue being optional, though opt-out). Just because the user is responsible, it doesn't mean you should make it easy for him to fuck up. That's why baby crib makers get in trouble even when someone misuses their product and a baby dies. It's the maker's responsibility to idiot-proof things to a degree, if it doesn't otherwise harm the product's effectiveness.
