Sexism? Policy change at Community Legal Aid favours females, stirs outrage

Another example of feminazis (and their male quisling enablers) pushing their abusive anti-male agenda in the schools...

The University of Windsor (in Windsor, Ontario, Canada) has decided that from now on it will only defend women in domestic abuse cases. The reason is they want to address the 'systemic issues of violence against women'.

David Tanovich, a law professor at the university, was part of the committee behind the policy decision.

Quote:Quote:

"That’s a social justice issue that the clinic wants to investigate,” Tanovich said. “We’re a social justice law school. We have a social justice mandate.”

Asked if a “social justice mandate” could be considered a political agenda, Tanovich said: “I guess it depends on what you mean by a political agenda… Violence against women is not a political matter. It’s a reality.”

From the article:

"Community Legal Aid will no longer represent anyone accused of domestic violence — as long as that person is a man.

If it’s a woman facing the same accusation, the organization will try to find her a sympathetic lawyer who will work for free, or take on the case themselves.

The recent policy change by the student legal aid clinic — which is run by the University of Windsor’s law school — has stunned and outraged local defence lawyers.

“We’re very alarmed about this,” said Frank Miller, who heads the Windsor chapter of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association.

According to Miller, the policy flies in the face of some of the basic tenets of the justice system: presumption of innocence and the right to legal representation..."

Interesting in that I came across this today: New Zealand Police Report: Mothers Most Likely to Kill Children

A New Zealand study shows the statistical evidence that serious domestic violence is at least 50% perpetrated by women. If you delve into the stats, it's disturbing: a child is 3 times as likely to be killed by its mother than by its father.

Here in Japan, this surprises no-one. Mother-child killings frequently make the news and while people are of course shocked, in this non-feminist society they are not extra shocked because "OMG it was a woman!" as opposed to a man.

Dr Johnson rumbles with the RawGod. And lives to regret it.

Yet in child-custody cases, the children are always awarded to the mother. I don't know about Japan, but that's how it's done in the West. The father is automatically viewed as an actual or potential threat to the children, or at least as an inferior parent to any female. Any available woman - the mother, or if the mother is clearly unfit (drug addict, prostitute, dead) then a foster mother is automatically seen as a nurturing influence.

Meanwhile, the serial murderess below is only being charged with manslaughter:

"German police say woman suspected of killing her five newborns charged with manslaughter
Associated Press | Sep 27, 2012 9:24 AM ET

BERLIN — A 28-year-old woman in Germany has been charged with five counts of manslaughter on suspicion she killed her five children shortly after they were born, police said Thursday.

The case had been under investigation for years, starting after an infant’s body was found in a paper sorting station near the northern city of Flensburg in 2006. A second body was found in a parking area off a regional highway in 2007.

Police said the woman turned herself in after they took a DNA sample, and confessed to killing the children, who were born alive. She was charged Wednesday with a total of five counts of manslaughter on suspicion she killed three of her other newborns as well..."

Yes, only men commit domestic violence. Women are always innocent victims who need to be protected from the system...

I already left and am glad I did. The women in Europe cook for you, they clean for you, they sleep with you, and they even buy you drinks and food. But the women in Canada treat you like you're a criminal and a walking wallet - that's IF they'll even give you the time of day.
