Nove Dvory, Czech Republic

anyone ever been there?
It's about 80km from Prague.

It's where my family is from. I plan on visiting there whenever I get around to going to Prague...no telling how long that will be. My family I THINK still owns a house there.

I'm talking about long term, over the last 10 years, CR getting into EU, my impression is real estate went up a lot except for "crisis" period 2008-9 from investors from other EU countries.

If you haven't checked on the place in a while it's worth following up on I believe.
